Travel to Australia - Booking Support

To help negate the importation of COVID-19 into Australia and to assist States and Territories in managing Hotel Quarantine facilities, the Australian Government has implemented strict caps on the number of international arrivals permitted into states, or territories, at any one time. At short notice, Singapore Airlines can be provided additional capacity by the Australian Government for the carriage of passengers into Australia. Due to the evolving nature of Australia’s inbound capacity restrictions, this additional capacity may become available at any time, even with as little as 48-hours’ notice prior to departure.

To assist more Australian’s to take advantage of these last-minute capacity increases and return home, Singapore Airlines has established the following page to allow customers to quickly and efficiently search for availability from their current destination into Australia. The following outlines how to find and book seats made available as a result of last-minute increased capacity allocations from the Australian Government.

Please note

  1. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, several countries have implemented travel restrictions. Before booking, passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable travel requirements that apply to their purchased itinerary which can be found here.
  2. Prices shown in the booking widget may no longer be available for sale and are indicative of recent seat availability only.
  3. Bookings cannot be held or waitlisted via Singaporeair.com and are not confirmed until the ticket(s) have been issued.
  4. All bookings made via Singaporeair.com are subject to Singapore Airlines general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage which can be found here.
