Australian Price Match Guarantee

If within 2 hours of making your online flight booking on or the SingaporeAir App, you find a fare that is at least AUD 1 lower (per booking), we will grant you a refund of the fare difference. 

The Australian Price Match Guarantee applies to:

1. Fares that replicate the exact flights, dates, times and number of passengers that you booked on or the SingaporeAirlines app for Singapore Airlines or Scoot operated flights (ticket numbers beginning with 618).

2. Claims made within 2 hours on the same calendar day of your online Singapore Airlines booking.

3. The competing fare is provided by a Singapore Airlines appointed agent which has a valid ATAS accreditation.

4. Claims that contain valid screenshots of the lower fare which:

  • Displays the credit card payment page with the lower fare. (You do not need to enter your credit card number).
  • Includes a valid Timestamp. You must include the time and date which is displayed in the taskbar of your device.
  • Includes competing website URL address, logo and the fare on a per person basis. Where available, includes taxes, fare class, fare rules and fare restrictions.
  • Is an image file (jpg, png, gif or tif format).

5. Your online booking must originate from Australia and be paid only with Australian Dollars (AUD). Not applicable for frequent flyer mile redemptions. 

6. You must be one of the travelling passengers in the Qualifying Airfare Purchase. Separate claims for passengers within a single booking will not be accepted.

7.  No purchase of the lower fare is necessary.

To submit a claim:

1. Review the eligibility of your claim and the Terms and Conditions below. 

2. Submit your claim via the form available here within 2-hours.
3. Claims must contain:
  • Your (the applicant) full name
  • Booking reference (PNR)
  • Complete web address (URL)
  • Screenshots of the website where you found the lower fare (up to and including the flight payment page) with timestamps.
4. For a successful claim to be processed, Singapore Airlines must be able to verify the lower online published fare at the time of claim review and that the lower fare did not exist on If Singapore Airlines is unable to replicate the lower airfare, it may request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) in order to verify the lower online airfare. Any such additional information must be submitted promptly. Please keep copies of all such documentation.

5.  Following the submission of a claim, Singapore Airlines will contact claimants via email within 5 business days if the claim is successful. 

6.  In the event of a successful claim, a refund of the fare difference will be provided to you via your original payment method.
