30% Bonus Miles Promotion Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and shall apply to KrisFlyer members registered in Australia (“Participants”).
2. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/ (“Online Terms”).
3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must book and complete an Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 4 below) between 05 September 2024 to 10 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4. An “Eligible Transaction” refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets from SIA that satisfies the following criteria:
a. the tickets are for return travel originating in Australia.
b. the tickets are purchased during the Promotional Period.
c. the date of travel on the tickets falls between 13 January 2025 and 10 September 2025 (inclusive of both dates);
d. the tickets are not First, Business, or Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles.
e. travel must be completed by 10 September 2025.
5. Participants who have carried out an Eligible Transaction shall be entitled to an additional award of 30% bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on flights operated by Singapore Airlines in addition to any KrisFlyer miles earned in respect of the Eligible Transaction in accordance with such terms and conditions as agreed between SIA and the Participants (“Earned Miles”).
6. Bonus Miles awarded are based on the total number of KrisFlyer miles earned from the combination of distance flown and Cabin bonus.
7. KrisFlyer miles earned are not eligible for tier qualification and may only be credited into KrisFlyer members’ own membership account after the travel is completed.
8. The Bonus Miles will be valid for a period of three years from the date on which they are credited into the Participant’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire, and no extensions will be permitted.
9. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotion.
10. Each individual is only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account at any time, and any and all fraudulent or duplicate accounts, including the individual’s original KrisFlyer membership account, will be suspended and disqualified from the Promotion.
11. Bonus Miles earned under this Promotion may take up to four weeks to be credited into the Participant’s KrisFlyer account after the relevant travel is completed. In the event that the Bonus Miles are not credited to the Participant’s KrisFlyer account, the Participant may submit a retroactive claim request by logging into their KrisFlyer account and completing the form under the “Make a claim” section within 6 months from the completion of the relevant flight. Where no claim is submitted within this period, SIA shall have no further liability to the Participant for any uncredited Bonus Miles and late claims will not be considered.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy, and the KrisFlyer Online Terms (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and any Bonus Miles awarded may be forfeited, withheld, or withdrawn.
13. All decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including any amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss or injury) by participating in the Promotion.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
