Due to weather conditions caused by Typhoon Noul, the following Singapore Airlines (SIA) flights have been cancelled:

SIA will be contacting all affected customers to inform them about the changes to the flight schedules.
As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected. Customers may visit our Flight Status page for the latest information on their flights.
Affected customers may request to be reaccommodated on alternative flights or seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket. SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form to seek the refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.
Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage Booking’ function on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service to receive updates to their flight status.
SIA apologises to all affected customers for the inconvenience caused.

受台风“诺尔”（Noul）影响，以下新加坡航空航班将被取消：

· 2026年7月26日02时05分，由深圳飞往新加坡的SQ855

· 2026年7月26日09时05分，由香港飞往新加坡的SQ899

新加坡航空正联系所有受影响的乘客，以告知其航班取消或调整。
由于情况多变，其他新加坡航空航班也可能受到影响。登陆我们官网的航班状态页面，可查询最新航班讯息。
受航班取消影响的客户，将被安排至其他可替代航班，亦可对未使用的机票部分进行退款申请。通过新航直销渠道预订的客户，可使用官网上的协助申请表，进行退款申请。而通过旅行、代理及合作伙伴航司预订的客户，请直接联系对应的出票地并寻求帮助。
