  1. This redemption is valid from Monday, 15 July 2024 to Tuesday, 31 December 2025, excluding Wednesday, 29 January 2025, Thursday, 30 January 2025 and Wednesday, 9 April 2025. or while stocks last (based on Takashimaya Shopping Centre voucher redemption and not ticket issuance).
  2. Applicable for round trip ticket(s) from Brunei (BWN) to Singapore (SIN) with origin airport from Brunei (BWN).
  3. Valid for round-trip ticket(s) purchased on Singapore Airlines’ official website at https://www.singaporeair.com/ or the SingaporeAir mobile app (exclusions of free of charge / redemption / rebated / industry discount tickets), from Monday, 15 July 2024 to Tuesday, 31 December 2025.
  4. Payment must be made with a Mastercard® clearly indicated in the receipt and/or payment details.
  5. First 1,200 Mastercard® cardholders with Economy Class electronic ticket(s) issued by Singapore Airlines with travel period from Monday, 15 July 2024 to Tuesday, 31 December 2025, and with payment made with a Mastercard®, will receive one (1) SGD50 Takashimaya Shopping Centre Shopping voucher.
  6. First 400 Mastercard® cardholders with Premium Economy Class / Business Class / First Class / Suites electronic ticket(s) issued by Singapore Airlines with travel period from Monday, 15 July 2024 to Tuesday, 31 December 2025, and with payment made with a Mastercard®, will receive SGD100 Takashimaya Shopping Centre shopping vouchers.
  7. Redemption is limited to a maximum of one (1) per electronic ticket purchased/issued, on a first-come, first-served and while-stocks-last basis (based on Takashimaya Shopping Centre voucher redemption and not ticket issuance). Gifts must be taken on an “as is” basis, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions herein.
  8. Redemption can only be processed upon being fully furnished with the cardholder’s particulars, Mastercard® credit / debit / prepaid card, electronic ticket receipt, payment mode and indication of consent or otherwise to receiving future direct communications from Takashimaya Shopping Centre for audit and verification purposes.
  9. Redemption must be done in person by the Mastercard cardholder as reflected on the credit, debit or prepaid card and proof of purchase/printed electronic receipt at the Global Tax Free (GTF) Counter located at Level 3, Customer Service Centre, Takashimaya Department Store from 10.00am to 9.30pm (SGT) or while stocks last.
  10. Takashimaya Shopping Centre reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to qualify for or make a transaction in the promotion. Such determination is final and conclusive, and Takashimaya Shopping Centre is not obliged to give any reason for disqualifying any person from participating in the promotion.
  11. By participating in the promotion, the cardholder and any party acting on his behalf agrees and consents to Takashimaya Shopping Centre retaining, disclosing and using at its discretion, without any notification or compensation to the participant, any of his personal data for the purpose of this promotion.
  12. Takashimaya Shopping Centre reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or any liability to any party.
  13. Takashimaya Shopping Centre’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

  15. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, the Terms and Conditions listed on www.takashimayasc.com.sg shall prevail.
