Contest Terms and Conditions

KrisFlyer members who participate in the Contest (as defined herein) in accordance with these terms (the "Terms") from 3 February 2026 (1200 hrs GMT+8) to 10 February 2026 (2359 hrs GMT+8) ("Contest Period") will stand a chance to win a pair of CAT 1 Standing tickets to OneRepublic ‘From Asia, With Love’ Tour 2026.

  1. This KrisFlyer Experiences OneRepublic ‘From Asia, With Love’ Tour 2026 tickets giveaway contest on Instagram and Facebook ("Contest") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") and will be carried out on Instagram and Facebook, and is open to all eligible individuals who participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms (as described in paragraph 3 below) during the Contest Period.
  2. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, an individual must:

    a. follow KrisFlyer on either Facebook (www.facebook.com/krisflyer.official) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/krisflyer.official);

    b. be a KrisFlyer member before the end of the Contest Period; and

    c. be able to attend the Concert in Singapore on 2 March 2026.
  3. In order to participate in the Contest, eligible individuals must post a comment in English in the comments section of the relevant Contest post responding to the question posed therein. This comment must incorporate at least three (3) of the following OneRepublic song titles: "Counting Stars", "I Ain’t Worried" and "Good Life" (each such comment, a "Submission"). Participants can submit unlimited entries across all Contest posts, however repeated entries containing the same response will be disqualified.
  4. Each eligible individual who participates in the Contest in accordance with this paragraph 3 shall be referred to collectively as the "Participants", and each a "Participant”.
  5. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants at its sole and absolute discretion. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  6. SIA will select a total of three (3) Participants with the most creative Submissions (as determined by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion) to each win a Prize (as defined below).
  7. There will be three (3) winners for the Contest (each a "Winner", and collectively the "Winners"), and each Winner will receive two (2) CAT 1 standing tickets to the OneRepublic ‘From Asia, With Love’ Tour 2026 show at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore, on 2 March 2026. The Winners will be announced by 16 February 2026 on Facebook and Instagram.
  8. By taking part in this Contest, Participants acknowledge and agree that:

    a. Each Participant may not submit, upload or publish any content ("Submission") that is inaccurate, misleading, libellous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, obscene, indecent, lewd, abusive, illegal, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, false, an infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or would otherwise violate or encourage the violation of any law or the proprietary or other rights of any third party (individually and collectively "Improper Content");

    b. each Participant automatically grants SIA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and royalty-free licence to use (including without limitation, to store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, podcast, webcast, or broadcast) and to sub-licence any and all intellectual property rights, title and interests (including copyright) in the Submission, including to repurpose and/or report their answers in other social media posts as and when it deems fit, without informing the Participant in advance; and

    c. each Participant represents and warrants that:
    1. all such Submissions are the Participant’s own original works and creations and do not and will not infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
    2. none of the Submissions are proprietary or confidential;
    3. none of the Submissions are Improper Content, nor will they expose SIA to any civil or criminal proceedings in any part of the world; and
    4. the use by SIA and other users of the Submissions for the purposes and in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions will not require any further licences or rights from, or infringe any intellectual property or other rights of, any third party.
  9. SIA will notify the Winners as a reply to their Submission on either Facebook or Instagram (as applicable) or via such other means as SIA may determine from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Winners will be informed to provide their personal details to SIA via KrisFlyer_social@singaporeair.com.sg. All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete. SIA will then provide the Winners with further information on how to claim the Prize. If the Winners are determined by SIA to have breached any provisions in the SIA Terms and Conditions and/or to be not eligible to participate in the Contest for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and disposed of by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion.
  10. SIA reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (a) cancel or modify the Contest; or (b) substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize, or to award one or more but not all of the Prizes, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of each Winner, shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and Winners, and no correspondence will be entertained. SIA reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or terminate this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.


Prizes

  1. Each Prize consists of two CAT 1 standing tickets per Winner to attend the KrisFlyer Experiences "OneRepublic ‘From Asia, With Love’ Tour 2026" at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore on 2nd March 2026 (“Event”).
  2. Each ticket admits one adult only.
  3. Each Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
  4. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to the Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions (https://ticketmaster.sg/terms-of-use).
  5. Tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences that are found to be in breach of Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions and subsequently deemed invalid by the Promotor/Ticketing Agent are not eligible for refunds.
  6. Admission to the Event is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and venue operator. Failure to comply with any promoter or venue terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or request to leave the venue without any refund.
     

Participation

  1. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, SIA's conditions of use of website, SIA's Privacy Policy (http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/), KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/), and KrisShop Terms and Conditions (https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/platform-and-sale-terms) (collectively, the "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of the SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any Prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed by SIA. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the respective SIA Terms and Conditions.
  2. By participating in the contest, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, email address and contact number) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA, its authorised service providers and its advertising and promotion agencies for the purposes indicated in SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/) and for administrating the Contest and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize and for SIA’s publicity and/or advertising campaigns connected to the Contest, and further agree that such use and disclosure will be without payment or compensation.
  3. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  4. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant or the Participant’s guest to the Event may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the Prize.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any of the expenses and all ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or the Prize.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest, these Terms shall prevail.
