  1. How do I use the Kris+ app?

    The Kris+ app allows you to earn and redeem miles with your spend at participating partners in Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne. You can also use Kris+ to enjoy deals, and privileges with partnering merchants in Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Indian, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand and more.

  2. What are KrisPay miles, and what is the difference between KrisFlyer miles and KrisPay miles?

    With the Kris+ app, KrisFlyer members can convert their KrisFlyer miles to KrisPay miles through the in-app’s Transfer function, and then redeem their KrisPay miles for their everyday purchases at partner outlets.

    KrisFlyer miles are issued by Singapore Airlines Limited.

    KrisPay miles are issued by Kris+ Pte Ltd.

    In Singapore, Kris+ Pte Ltd is a holder of a major payment institution licence under the Payment Services Act 2019 for providing a “domestic money transfer service”, “cross-border money transfer service”, and “merchant acquisition service” as such terms are defined under the Payment Services Act 2019 and is subject to the requirements promulgated thereunder under the relevant subsidiary legislation, regulations, circulars, notices, directions and guidelines. To the extent that Kris+ Pte Ltd facilitates the receipt and/or transfer of money (i.e. fiat currency which does not include KrisPay miles, KrisFlyer Miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions)) on your behalf (whether through or in connection with the Mobile App, KrisPay Wallet, KrisPay miles, KrisFlyer Miles or otherwise (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions)), such activity will be regulated payment services, the provision of which will be subject to certain protections set out in the Payment Services Act 2019 and related subsidiary legislation, regulations, circulars, notices, directions and guidelines in relation thereto.

    To the extent that Singapore Airlines Limited provides any goods or services to you (whether through or in connection with the Mobile App, KrisPay Wallet, KrisPay miles, KrisFlyer Miles or otherwise (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions)), it does not nor does it purport to operate a payment service regulated under the Payment Services Act 2019, and Singapore Airlines Limited is not licensed, approved, registered or regulated under the Payment Services Act 2019. Consequently, holders and users of the Mobile App, KrisPay Wallet, KrisPay Miles, and KrisFlyer miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions) that are provided services by Singapore Airlines Limited will not be afforded the relevant protections set out in the Payment Services Act 2019 and related subsidiary legislation, regulations, circulars, notices, directions and guidelines in relation thereto. Should KrisPay miles and KrisFlyer miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions) be able to be purchased, such purchased miles may only be redeemed in Singapore for the payment or part payment of goods or services (or both) provided by Kris+ and/or the related corporations of Kris+.

  3. Is there a validity period for KrisPay miles?

    KrisPay miles are valid for 6 calendar months after the month of transfer. For example, if you transferred 100 KrisPay miles into your KrisPay Wallet on any day in January 2019, they would expire on 31 July 2019, at 23:59 hours Singapore time (GMT +08:00 hours).

    Once your KrisPay miles have expired, there will be no extension of the validity period of these KrisPay miles. KrisFlyer members may tap on ‘Wallet’ in the menu bar to view the number of KrisPay miles they have expiring in the current month.

  4. (Singapore Country View) It is stated that 15 KrisPay miles is approximately SGD0.10. What does this mean?

    It is an approximation of the value of the miles if you choose to pay with miles. The conversion rate may be subject to change. Please refer to the Kris+ Terms of Use.

  5. (Australia Country View) It is stated that 15 KrisPay miles is approximately AUD0.10. What does this mean?

  6. What is a Partner Privilege?

    Partner Privileges are deals offered by Kris+ partners. To enjoy a Kris+ Partner Privilege, scan the Kris+ partner’s QR code and pay for the purchase either by redemption of KrisPay miles or payment via your Apple Pay/ Google Pay setup in the Kris+ mobile app.

  7. What permissions do I need to allow for Kris+ to work on my mobile device?

    For the optimal experience, we recommend that you enable the following settings on your Kris+ app:

    • Push notifications – To be notified of expiring KrisPay miles, latest promotions and transactions made
    • Camera access – To enable redemption via QR code scanning at our partners’ outlets;
    • Location services – To discover Kris+ partners and privileges around your current location, as well as to view your current location for taxi pick up (in respect of taxi bookings made via the Kris+ app in Singapore); and
    • Camera and Storage access – To personalise your profile picture.
  8. Can I login to my Kris+ account on multiple mobile devices?

    You may only log in to Kris+ on a single mobile device at any one time. You will be logged out of your existing device if you try to log in from a new device.

  9. What are the security measures Kris+ uses to protect my account?

    Kris+ uses 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) as a security measure upon first log-in on a new device. You will be sent a One-Time-Password (OTP) to either your registered mobile number or email address. Please ensure that your mobile number and/or email address in your KrisFlyer account is/are updated correctly. After successfully logging into your Kris+ account for the first time, subsequent logins will not require a 2FA verification again unless you log in via a new mobile device.

  10. Where can I use the Kris+ mobile app?

    Currently, KrisPay miles can be earned and redeemed only at partners’ outlets in Singapore and Australia. Partner Privileges can be enjoyed at selected partner outlets in across 17 different countries such as South Korea, India, Indonesia and more.

  11. Can I transfer or pool my KrisPay miles together with another Kris+ user?

    KrisPay miles cannot be transferred to or pooled together with another Kris+ user.

  12. I would like to make changes to the KrisFlyer account that I am using on Kris+. How can I do so?

    You can visit singaporeair.com and make amendments to your account after logging in.

  14. How can I identify unauthorised transaction and report security issues, suspicious activities or suspected fraud?

    Please report any transaction discrepancy you notice. To check your past transaction history

    2. Scroll down to “Transaction History”
    3. Click “View all” to see all transactions.

      One of our customer support agents will investigate your issue, and respond to your email. We highly encourage all users to check your transaction history regularly and report any discrepancy noticed immediately.

    Kris+ will maintain personnel at its permanent place of business in Singapore at 722 Upper Changi Road East, Singapore 486854, to address any queries or complaints every Tuesday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) for a minimum of eight hours on each day between 9.00am and 5.00pm (SGT). Kindly note that prior security clearance is required to enter the premises.

  1. I want to top up my KrisPay Wallet by transferring my KrisFlyer miles to KrisPay miles. What is the conversion rate between KrisFlyer miles and KrisPay miles?

    1 KrisFlyer mile is equivalent to 1 KrisPay mile. Please note that the dollar value displayed on the Transfer screen is meant to provide an approximate estimate of the dollar value of your desired KrisFlyer miles.

  2. I want to top up my KrisPay Wallet using partner reward points (available in Singapore only) I have earned. What is the conversion rate to convert the earned partner reward points to KrisPay miles?

    The conversion rate differs for each partner. You can key in the number of earned partner reward points you wish to convert in the transfer screen, and the number of KrisPay miles you will receive through the conversion will be reflected on the screen. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  3. I’ve convertedthe wrong amount of KrisFlyer miles or earned partner reward points (available in Singapore only) to KrisPay miles. How can I reverse this?

    As the transfer process into your KrisPay Wallet is one-way, we will not be able to process any reversals. Please ensure that the KrisFlyer miles or earned partner reward points you wish to convert to KrisPay miles are correct before proceeding to confirm the transfer.

    No conversion transactions can be reversed. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  4. Which partners allow conversion of earned partner reward points to KrisPay miles (available in Singapore only)?

    The Kris+ partners participating in the rewards points conversion programme are listed in the Transfer screen. At present, this feature is available for DBS, UOB, Citibank and CapitaStar. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  5. Are there any administrative/service fees for the conversion of earned partner rewards points (available in Singapore only) to KrisPay miles?

    Kris+ does not charge administrative/service fees for such conversions. Any administrative/service fees levied by our partners, if applicable, will be displayed at the point of the conversion request and will be collected directly by the partner. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  6. I have issues topping up the KrisPay Wallet when I try to convert my earned partner reward points (available in Singapore only).

    Please ensure that you are using valid partner log in credentials when accessing the partner Transfer page. In addition, please check that the partner reward points are eligible for conversion to KrisPay miles. This is governed by the respective partner’s Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed from the partner conversion page or on the partner’s website. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  7. I have completed my conversion of KrisPay miles by converting my earned partner reward points (available in Singapore only). How can I logout from my partner (e.g. DBS/UOB/Citibank/CapitaStar) account?

    You will be automatically logged out of your partner account (e.g. DBS/UOB/Citibank/CapitaStar) after you make your conversion transaction. If you wish to convert additional earned partner rewards points, please log in again to your partner account and follow the conversion steps shown in the app. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  1. How do I earn KrisPay miles through Kris+?

    KrisPay miles are earned from your purchases (“Eligible Earn Transactions”) from our participating partners that are paid for using credit card or debit card payments via the Kris+ mobile app. No KrisPay miles shall be earned on any portion or whole of any transaction amount paid for by redeeming KrisPay miles.  KrisPay miles cannot be purchased.

    For participating partners who award miles, KrisPay miles will be automatically awarded for every dollar paid by card via Apple Pay/ Google Pay setup in the Kris+ mobile app.

  2. Can I earn KrisPay miles when I pay for a Kris+ privilege?

    Unless excluded by a Kris+ privilege’s terms and conditions, KrisPay miles can be earned from Kris+ privilege purchases made via Apple Pay/ Google Pay setup in the Kris+ mobile app.

  3. How many KrisPay miles can I earn from each payment? Does it differ among partners?

    The earn rate differs among partners and sometimes among outlets of a specific partner. More information can be found on the partner/privilege details screen.

  4. Can I earn KrisPay miles at all Kris+ partners?

    Currently, not every partner enables you to earn KrisPay miles for purchases made at their outlets. To see which partners you can earn KrisPay miles at, tap on ‘Discover’ in the menu bar> Explore Places> View more and filter ‘Earn miles’.

  5. What happens to my KrisPay miles if I get a refund from a partner for my purchase?

    The refund of purchases made with credit or debit card via Kris+ mobile application is subject to each partner’s terms and conditions. If a refund is made at a partner outlet, the corresponding KrisPay miles originally awarded to the relevant account that was earned from the refunded purchase will be deducted from the member’s KrisPay wallet.

  1. What if I do not have enough KrisPay miles for the full amount of my redemption?

    In the Kris+ app (under KrisPay wallet), key in the total amount payable. Select ‘Use KrisPay miles’ toggle to offset the amount with the number of miles displayed in the app. The balance amount will be paid via your Apple Pay/ Google Pay setup with KrisPay wallet via debit card or credit card. Alternatively, you can also top up your KrisPay Wallet by converting miles from your KrisFlyer account or earned reward points from our partners’ reward programmes(available in Singapore only)at any time.

  2. Must I use KrisPay miles to pay for a Kris+ privilege?

    Unless excluded by the privilege’s terms and conditions, a Kris+ privilege can be paid for using Apple Pay/ Google Pay through the Kris+ app, or redeemed using KrisPay miles.

  3. How can I check that my redemption using KrisPay miles has been successful?

    You will see a redemption confirmation once you have successfully completed a redemption using Kris+. You may verify that your transaction was successful by checking your transaction history in the Kris+ app.

  4. Am I able to request a refund for a redemption of miles made at a partner outlet?

    Please check with the individual partners on their return or exchange policy. KrisPay miles that were redeemed for the purchase may be refunded and, depending on the circumstances, Kris+ may request for information to verify your identity before refunding the KrisPay miles to your KrisPay Wallet. As partial refunds cannot be made, request for refund of the goods, services and/or products will be made in full. If the payment made consists of KrisPay miles and debit/credit card payments, the refund of both the redemption of KrisPay miles and debit/credit cards will be made in full.

  5. Can I redeem KrisPay miles earned overseas in my home country?

    KrisPay miles can be redeemed at any participating partner outlet in Singapore and Australia., The rate of redemption follows is 150 KrisPay miles = SGD1 in Singapore, and 150 KrisPay miles = AUD1 in Australia.

  1. Can I transfer my earned KrisPay miles to my KrisFlyer account?

    Yes, you can. Earned KrisPay miles from Eligible Earn Transactions or converted from partner reward points (conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.) can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of earning the KrisPay miles. To do so, simply tap on the "Transfer to KrisFlyer" button shown in the miles earned confirmation screen or transaction details screen.

    The KrisPay miles earned for any transaction can only be transferred to your account in their entirety. For example, if you earned 100 KrisPay miles from a single transaction, the full 100 KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. If you have already redeemed some of the KrisPay miles you have earned, you will not be able to transfer the remaining KrisPay miles to KrisFlyer miles.

  2. When can I transfer my earned KrisPay miles to my KrisFlyer account?

    Earned KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of earning the KrisPay miles. KrisFlyer miles will have a validity of 3 years from the date of accrual and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the KrisFlyer programme.

  3. Can I convert earned partner reward points (available in Singapore only) to KrisPay miles and transfer them to my KrisFlyer account?

    Yes, you can. Earned partner reward points can be converted into KrisPay miles.  KrisPay miles can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of conversion to KrisPay miles. To do so, simply tap on the "Transfer to KrisFlyer" button shown in the Transfer confirmation screen or transaction details screen.

    Earned partner reward points can only be converted and transferred to your KrisFlyer account in their entirety. For example, if you converted 100 earned partner reward points to 100 KrisPay miles in a single transaction, the full 100 KrisPay miles will be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. If you have already redeemed some of the KrisPay miles converted from earned partner reward points, you will not be able to transfer the remaining KrisPay miles to KrisFlyer miles. Conversion of partner rewards points is available in Singapore only.

  4. When can I transfer my earned partner reward points (available in Singapore only) to my KrisFlyer account?

    Earned partner reward points converted to KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of conversion.   2. How do I setup Google Pay or Apple Pay in my Kris+ mobile app?

    For Android users, go to the Google Pay app to add your preferred debit / credit card. Click here for the step-by-step instructions on how to set up Google Pay in your Android devices.

    For iOS users, you can go to your Wallet app to add your preferred debit / credit card. Click here for the step-by-step instructions on how to set up Apple Pay in your iOS devices.

    Once you have completed the Google Pay / Apply Pay set up on your phone, it will be automatically enabled as a payment option on your Kris+ app.

  3. What type of credit cards are supported by Kris+ mobile app?

    All VISA and Mastercard® debit / credit cards are supported by Kris+ mobile app in Singapore and Australia.

    American Express issued credit cards are supported by Kris+ mobile app in Singapore only.

    Bank-issued American Express cards are not supported by Google Pay and Apple Pay, hence cannot be used on the Kris+ mobile app.

    To check if your debit / credit card is supported by Google Pay or Apple Pay, please contact your card issuer or refer to their webpage.

    However, do note that some partners do not accept payment by American Express issued cards via Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  4. Are my credit card details stored in the Kris+ mobile app?

    Your credit card details are not stored in the Kris+ mobile app. Apple Pay / Google Pay does not send Kris+ your actual card numbers. Instead, Apple Pay / Google Pay facilitates a process called tokenisation in which a token stands in for a customer’s actual credit and debit card numbers.   5. How can I check that my payment using Kris+ mobile app has been successful?

    You will see a confirmation once you have successfully completed a payment using Kris+ mobile app. You may verify that your transaction was successful by checking your transaction history in the Kris+ mobile app.

  6. Am I able to request a refund for a credit card payment made at a partner outlet via Kris+ app?

    Please check with the individual partners on their refund, return or exchange policy. If a refund is initiated by the partner, the amount paid will be refunded back to your credit card within 14 working days. Kris+ will have the sole and absolute discretion to deduct the corresponding KrisPay miles originally awarded to the relevant account that was earned from the refunded purchase. Please note that as partial refunds cannot be made, request for refund of the goods, services and/or products will be made in full. If the payment made consists of KrisPay miles and debit/credit card payments, the refund of both the redemption of KrisPay miles and debit/credit cards will be made in full.

  7. What currency am I charged in for the payments made to participating Kris+ merchants?

    All transactions will be charged in the home currency of the participating Kris+ merchant. If you are paying to a Kris+ merchant in Singapore, you will be charged in Singapore Dollars. If you are paying to a Kris+ merchant in Australia, you will be charged in Australian Dollars. Please refer to the app’s payment screen for the currency you will be charged in, before proceeding to confirm the payment on Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  1. What is the difference between the “Purchase Deals” (Partner Voucher and Partner Promo Code) and “Redeem Privileges” (Privileges) section in the Kris+ mobile app?

    Under “Purchase Deals” section, Partner Vouchers and Partner Promo Codes are listed, available for customers to purchase. Under “Redeem Privileges” section, Partner Privileges are listed, available for customers to redeem for at partners’ physical stores.

  2. What is the difference between “Voucher” (Partner Voucher) and “Promo Code” (Partner Promo Code) under the “Purchase Deals” section in the Kris+ mobile app?

    Both Partner Vouchers and Partner Promo Codes are pre-purchased deals that customers can purchase up till the "purchase by" date as indicated under each deal.

    Partner Vouchers are to be redeemed at partner’s physical stores during outlet opening hours, while Partner Promo Codes are to be redeemed at partner’s website/mobile application.

    For the redemption validity period, check the respective Partner Voucher/Partner Promo Code's terms and condition, or refer to the "redeem by" date after the deal is purchased.

  3. How do I view the Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes available for purchase on Kris+?

    You can take one of the following steps:

    Go to Kris+ mobile application, under ‘Home’ in the menu bar. Tap on ‘View all’ under ‘Deals You May Like’ section. Scroll down to view all Partner Vouchers and Partner Promo Codes.

    Go to Kris+ mobile application, tap on ‘Discover’ in the menu bar. Tap on your preferred category on the top bar (e.g. All, Dining, Retail, Activities, Wellness, Services etc.). Tap on ‘View all’ under ‘Purchase

    Deals’ section. Scroll down to view all Partner Vouchers and Partner Promo Codes.

    You may also check out the Partner Vouchers offered by the respective Kris+ partners in their partner’s description page on Kris+, under ‘Deals from this partner’.

  4. How do I purchase a Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code?

    Click on ‘Purchase Deal’ while on a Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code. You can pay for the Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code through Kris+ either by using your KrisPay miles, or Apple Pay/Google Pay within the Kris+ app, or a combination of mixing miles with Apple Pay/Google Pay. Payments made with Apple Pay /Google Pay in Kris+ will also earn KrisPay miles.

  5. Am I able to earn KrisPay miles for my Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code purchase?

    Yes, you will earn KrisPay miles for your Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code purchased via Apple Pay/Google Pay in Kris+. The earn rate (i.e. how many KrisPay miles earned per dollar spent) is the same as the earn rate for the merchant partner, and it is also shown under the ‘Payment Options’ section in the respective Partner Voucher page.

    KrisPay miles are valid for 6 calendar months after the month of award within your KrisPay wallet.

  6. Am I able to transfer the KrisPay miles earned from my Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code purchase to my KrisFlyer account?

    Yes, you may also transfer the KrisPay miles into your KrisFlyer account within 7 calendar days of earning the KrisPay miles. To do so, simply tap on the ‘Transfer to KrisFlyer’ button shown in the payment success screen. 

  7. How many Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes can I buy at a time?

    Some partners have no restriction on the number of Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes each user can purchase, while some partners only allow limited number of purchases per user.

    To find out if there are any restrictions on how many Partner Vouchers per user can buy, as well as how many Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes can be redeemed per visit, please refer to the respective Partner Voucher’s or Partner Promo Code’s Terms & Conditions. 

  8. Can I purchase a Partner Voucher at the last minute only when I am in the partner store?

    Some partners have reservation requirement in order to redeem the purchased Partner Voucher. To find out if there are any reservation requirement, please refer to the respective Partner Voucher’s Terms & Conditions.

  9. How many times can I use each purchased Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code?

    Each purchased Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code can only be used once.

  10. Where can I find my purchased Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code and its details?

    Go to Kris+ mobile application, tap on ‘Wallet’ in the menu bar.

    Go to Kris+ mobile application, tap on ‘Wallet’ in the menu bar. Click on ‘Vouchers’ or ‘Promo Codes’ under ‘My Purchased Deals’ section. Under ‘Past’ tab, scroll down to view all your redeemed and/or expired Partner Vouchers.

  17. What happens to an expired Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code?

    All expired Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes are voided automatically upon expiry and cannot be refunded. Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each Partner Voucher or Partner Promo Code, we are unable to extend the validity of Partner Vouchers or Partner Promo Codes as they have a fixed validity upon purchasing.

  18. How do I redeem my purchased Partner Voucher?

    Partner Vouchers are redeemed directly in-store at the merchant outlet.

    Go to ‘Wallet’, tap on ‘Vouchers’ to retrieve the purchased Partner Voucher. Click on the purchased Partner Voucher that you would like to redeem. Confirm and select the ‘Redeem now’ box. Click on the ‘Scan to redeem’ blue button. Scan the QR code displayed at the partner’s store. A redemption confirmation screen will appear to show that you have successfully redeemed your Partner Voucher. Show the redemption confirmation screen to the cashier. If further payment is required, click onto either ‘Pay in app’ to pay within Kris+, or ‘Pay in-store’ to pay directly to the store or end the process.

  19. How do I redeem my purchased Partner Promo Code?

    Partner Promo Codes are redeemed directly on the website or the mobile application of the merchant during the checkout process.

    Go to ‘Wallet’. Under ‘My Purchased Deals’ tap on ‘Promo Codes’. Click on the purchased Partner Promo Code that you would like to redeem. Click on ‘Copy’ to copy the Partner Promo Code. Click on ‘Go to site’ to be re-directed to partner’s website/mobile application. You may also access to partner’s website/mobile application directly, outside of Kris+ mobile app. After you are done shopping on partner’s website/mobile application, you may paste or key in your purchased Partner Promo Code in the promo code field before checkout.

    For specific redemption instructions and things to note, you may also refer to the ‘How to redeem’ and ‘Terms & Conditions’ section for the respective Partner Promo Code. Go to ‘Wallet’, under ‘My Purchased Deals’ tap on ‘Promo Codes’. Click on the purchased Partner Promo Code that you would like to redeem.   20. Can I undo my Partner Voucher redemption in-store?

    Partner Voucher redemption is irreversible. Hence, do double check with the cashier that you may redeem the Partner Voucher before you scan the store’s QR code to redeem your Partner Voucher.

  21. Can I undo my Partner Promo Code redemption on partner’s website/mobile application?

    Partner Promo Code redemption is irreversible. Hence, do double check your purchases before applying the Partner Promo Code on the partner’s website/mobile application.

  22. Is there a limit to the number of Partner Promo Code that I can apply in a single checkout? Can the Partner Promo Code be stacked with other promo code purchased elsewhere?

    This depends on the terms and conditions by the respective Merchant Partners. Please refer to the ‘Terms & Conditions’ section for each Partner Promo Code or refer to the Terms & Conditions on the Partner’s website/ mobile application.   23. Can I reuse my Partner Promo Code if the Partner cancels my order/my order is being refunded/I have cancelled my order on Partner’s website or mobile application?

    This depends on the terms and conditions by the respective Merchant Partners.   24. What is purpose of ‘Redeemed this deal?’ toggle button (for Partner Promo Code)?

    The ‘Redeemed this deal?’ toggle button on your purchased Partner Promo Code (under ‘Wallet’, ‘Promo Codes’ under ‘My Purchased Deals’ section) is for users to manually track and mark the usage of the Partner Promo Code. As there is no link between Kris+ and the Merchant Partner’s website/mobile application, Kris+ mobile app will not be able to track the usage outside the app.

    After you have selected ‘Yes’, the purchased Partner Promo Code will appear under the ‘Past’ tab. The ‘Redeemed on’ date that is reflected on your “Redeemed” Partner Promo Code is the date which the user has manually marked as “Redeemed” via the ‘Redeemed this deal?’ toggle button.  Do note that the ‘Redeemed on’ date and status is not synced with the actual redemption status on Merchant Partner’s website/mobile application and Kris+ is not responsible for the tracking of the redemption status and will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in relation to or in connection with the usage of the ‘Redeemed this deal’ function on the Kris+ app.

  25. I have accidentally marked my purchased Partner Promo Code as “Redeemed” via the ‘Redeemed this deal?’ toggle button. Can I reverse this status?

    Your purchased Partner Promo Code will be marked as “Redeemed” after you have selected ‘Yes’ on the ‘Redeemed this deal?’ toggle button, and this action is irreversible.

    This toggle button is for you to self-mark, and hence track, the redemption status of your Partner Promo Code. It is not synced with its actual redemption status on Merchant Partner’s website/mobile application.

    Therefore, if you have not redeemed the Partner Promo Code on Merchant Partner’s website/mobile application, you may still retrieve your purchased Partner Promo Code and use it.

    To retrieve your purchased Partner Promo Code that is self-marked as “Redeemed”, go to Kris+ mobile application, tap on ‘Wallet’ in the menu bar. Click on ‘Promo Codes’ under ‘My Purchased Deals’ section.     KrisPay miles rewarded are valid for 6 months from the month of accrual.

  3. Can I earn miles when I shop on KrisShop via Kris+?

    You will be able to earn 3 KrisPay miles for every SGD 2 spent, which can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. For KrisShopper members, you will enjoy an accelerated KrisPay miles earn rate based on your KrisShopper tier when you shop on KrisShop via Kris+.

    Earned KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of earning the KrisPay miles. KrisFlyer miles will have a validity of 3 years from the date of accrual and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the KrisFlyer programme.

    The miles are only earned on the nett amount paid with a credit or debit card, excluding delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance (applicable for home delivery).   2. Why is there an authorisation hold on my credit/debit card?

    The authorisation hold is to validate the credit/debit card and it will be deducted against the final billing amount. Any unused amount of the authorisation hold after the completion of your trip will not be charged to your credit/debit card.

    The authorisation hold amount for unsuccessful or cancelled trips will not be charged to your credit/debit card and the issuing bank of your credit card will release the amount when the hold period has elapsed.

    The time taken by your card issuing bank to release the hold amount varies from each bank. Foreign banks may take up to one to two weeks for the amount to be released. Please check with your respective bank for the relevant hold periods.

  3. Why is there an Additional Surcharge in the billing amount?

    When you book a ComfortDelGro ride via Kris+, the indicative billing amount includes: (i) ride fare, and (ii) additional surcharge.

    The additional surcharge of SGD 8 is included in the indicative billing amount charged to cover Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges (if applicable) when the taxi drives through an ERP gantry during its operational hours. The additional surcharge is indicative, and any unused amount will not be charged to you after the completion of your trip.

  4. What if the additional surcharge is more than SGD 8?

    If the additional surcharge for your trip exceeds SGD 8 (i.e., the final billing amount in respect of applicable additional surcharges is higher than the authorisation hold amount of SGD 8), the final billing amount which comprises the ride fare, Kris+ platform fee and additional surcharge will not be charged to your credit/debit card and instead be deducted from your wallet directly.

    In the event there are insufficient miles in your wallet to offset the cost of your ride, Kris+ will contact you and collect the final billing amount separately.

  5. How do I receive status updates about my ride booking?

    You will receive SMS notifications from CDG when there is an update to the status of your ride booking. You can also view the status of your ongoing trip by clicking on the “Book a Ride” icon on Kris+ to access the Kris+ x CDG Zig’s homepage.

  6. Why is the banner on Kris+ giving me updates that does not correspond with my ride status?

    For the latest status of your ride booking, please refer to the CDG Zig’s homepage within Kris+. You can also refer to the section "My Trips & eReceipt" via the shortcut to the navigation menu on the top left of the CDG Zig homepage within Kris+. As this feature is still under beta testing, there may be occasions where the banner notifications in Kris+ on your ride booking are slightly delayed. 

    When searching for a driver, it is recommended to keep the Kris+ x CDG Zig homepage open. Once you exit CDG Zig and navigate back to Kris+, you will no longer see the searching status when you return to the Kris+ x CDG Zig homepage again. To view the status of your ongoing booking or to cancel the current search, you may do so from "My Trip & eReceipts" from the navigation menu on the top left of the CDG Zig homepage within Kris+.

  7. How do I contact my driver / How do I cancel my booking?

    Once you have been assigned a driver, you may contact the driver directly by selecting “Call Driver” found beside the driver details on the Kris+ x CDG Zig’s homepage.

    Please note that you can only cancel your booking if the driver has not arrived at the pick-up point and started the trip. To cancel the booking, select “Cancel Trip” on your screen and input your reason for cancelling the booking. If the “Cancel Trip” function is no longer available, it means that you are no longer able to cancel the trip as the driver is arriving soon.

  8. I have an issue with my booked trip / I would like to request a refund after my booking, who can I contact?

    To report an issue (e.g. Lost item in the vehicle) or to submit feedback directly to ComfortDelGro, click on the “Book A Ride” icon to access the Kris+ x CDG Zig’s homepage. Click the dropdown menu icon on the top left and select “Feedback”. Alternatively, you may email to feedback@cdgtaxi.com.sg.

    All trip issues and trip fare refund requests should be submitted directly to ComfortDelGro. If your refund request is accepted by ComfortDelGro, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days. Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to show up in customer’s bank statement.

  9. Where can I find the electronic receipt for my taxi trip?

    Select “Wallet” > “Transaction History” > “CDG Zig” to view the payment transaction details for your taxi trip. . To view your past taxi trip's fare details, on your Kris+ home-screen, select "Book A Ride" > "Proceed" > On the top left drop-down menu, select "My Trips & eReceipt".

  1. What is Reserve a Table on Kris+?

    In collaboration with Chope, Reserve a Table is a restaurant booking platform on Kris+ that enables you to discover places and make bookings to dine at your favourite restaurants in Singapore, while earning miles as a KrisFlyer and Kris+ member. 

    It aims to introduce the newest dining spots in town and provide personalised service to members by curating a food guide that suits every palate.

  2. How do I reserve a table?

    You can tap onto the ‘Reserve A Table’ button at the Kris+ app home page to browse the extensive list of restaurants available on the platform, and search/filter through location, types of cuisines, etc. or select from our special curated lists of restaurants in Singapore. After you have selected a restaurant, you will get to pick a date/time to complete the booking.

    You may also view your upcoming and past bookings at the ‘Booking’ tab in the Reserve a Table platform.

  3. Do I need an account to use reserve a table through Kris+?

    Yes, you need a Kris+ account before you can make a booking.

  4. How many miles will I earn by completing a reservation?

    Each successful and completed reservation made via Kris+ will earn you 100 KrisPay miles, which will be credited to your Kris+ mobile app by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking. These KrisPay miles can be transferred to KrisFlyer account within 7 days upon crediting.

    It is recommended that you turn on your push notifications for the Kris+ mobile app, so as to be notified when the KrisPay miles have been credited to your wallet.

  5. How do I use KrisPay miles earned from a completed reservation?

    You may choose to convert these KrisPay miles to KrisFlyer miles within 7 days after such KrisPay miles are credited into your Kris+ app, or you may use the KrisPay miles to offset your purchases at more than 1,500 Kris+ partner outlets. KrisPay miles remaining in the wallet have a validity of 6 months.

  6. How do I edit my reservation made through Kris+?

    If you have a special request, please call the restaurant directly using the phone number that is reflected in your booking status. For changes in date and time, please proceed to cancel the reservation and create a new one (subject to availability of seats).

  7. Can I make multiple reservations in a day?

    We do not place any restrictions on the number of bookings you can make a day. However, multiple bookings made at the same timeslot will not be accepted. We request users to be considerate and only reserve bookings that are confirmed, and to cancel any unwanted reservations immediately.

  8. How do I ensure that I will earn miles for booking made through Kris+?

    Only completed bookings made through Kris+ will enable you to earn miles. In addition, please note that

    • Only bookings made through the ‘Reserve A Table’ function on Kris+ are eligible
    • Bookings that are cancelled do not earn miles
    • Walk-ins to the restaurant at a different time slot you have booked do not earn miles
    • When at the restaurant, you must indicate that you have an active booking booked under your name

    Do note that miles earned from your restaurant bookings made through "Reserve A Table" will be automatically credited into the Kris+ app by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking.

  9. Does the number of KrisPay miles earned depend on the number of people in a booking?

    No, each successful and completed reservation made through Kris+ will earn you 100 miles.

    Yes, you can. This can be done by changing the name and phone number while making a booking. However, the booking confirmation email will still be sent to your registered email address.

  14. Can I transfer my miles earned from completing a reservation to a Kris+ or KrisFlyer account owned by someone else?

    No, you cannot transfer to another person. All miles earned under the KrisFlyer program or Kris+ mobile app are non-transferable.

  1. What are Kris+ challenges?

    Challenges is a feature that gives Kris+ users with even more ways to unlock more rewards for your everyday spend. Challenges require you to complete certain tasks by a specified date in order to receive your rewards.

    Do note that you will need to manually opt-in to participate in individual challenges and be eligible for the completion rewards.

  2. How do I begin a challenge?

    You can view the list of active challenges on the “Current” Challenges page, which can be accessed by clicking on the “Challenges” icon via the Kris+ app home page.

    Your miles rewards will be automatically credited to your KrisPay wallet once you complete a challenge. They can only be used on your Kris+ app and are valid for 6 months from the date of credit.

  7. Where can I use my challenge rewards?

    The miles awarded after you successfully complete a reward can be used to offset your spend at any Kris+ partner or for purchase of any deals on the Kris+ app. The miles will be valid for 6 months from the time of crediting and will not be transferrable to your KrisFlyer account.

  8. My challenge seems to have disappeared. Where has it gone to?

    Please check the “Past” Challenges tab after you have accessed the main Challenges page, as your challenge may have been moved to this tab.  If you had successfully completed your challenge, it would be indicated as “Rewarded”. Otherwise, the challenge will be labelled as “expired” which indicates that the time to complete the challenge has lapsed.
