Every week, the first 800 members from each group will be chosen. There will be a total of 3,200 winners from Group A and Group B respectively. Just make sure not to unsubscribe or change your preferences thereafter to remain eligible. Winners will be determined at the end of the 6-week maintenance period, and we’ll send you an email if you have been chosen.

Singapore Airlines "Get Matched" Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions")
  1. This Singapore Airlines "Get Matched" promotion to promote engagement with the KrisFlyer programme ("Promotion") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") with its registered office at 25 Airline Road, Airline House, Singapore 819829.
  2. Entry is open to existing KrisFlyer members residing in Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Sweden, Vietnam, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia, Ukraine, aged 18 years or above as at 4 August 2021, 2359 hrs (GMT+8), who (a) have yet to subscribe to receive promotional emails from KrisFlyer and the Singapore Airlines Group, and/or (b) have yet to update their lifestyle preferences under their KrisFlyer membership page ("Participants").
  3. The Promotion commences on 5 August 2021, 0000hrs and ends on 1 September 2021, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").
  4. To participate in the Promotion, Participants are required to perform the following actions ("Qualifying Actions"):
    1. If Participants have not subscribed to receive promotional emails from KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group ("Group A"), Participants must:
      1. Subscribe to receive promotional emails from KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group on their KrisFlyer membership page;
      2. Update their lifestyle preferences by checking at least one (1) Interest box on their KrisFlyer membership page;
      3. Maintain their subscription to receive promotional emails for at least six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period; and
      4. Not amend their lifestyle preferences for 6 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period.
    2. If Participants are already subscribed to receive promotional emails from KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group ("Group B"), Participants must:
      1. Update their lifestyle preferences by checking at least one (1) Interest box on their KrisFlyer membership page;
      2. Maintain their subscription to receive promotional emails for at least six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period; and
      3. Not amend their chosen lifestyle preferences on their KrisFlyer membership page for 6 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer members whom, prior to the Promotion Period, have already updated their lifestyle preferences, will not qualify to participate in this Promotion.
  6. Following the end of the Promotion Period, the first 3,200 participants who have performed the Qualifying Actions in time ("Awardees") will be shortlisted from Group A and Group B respectively, in accordance with the table set out below. 800 Awardees will be shortlisted per group each week of the Promotion Period as follows:

    Details of the Participants who participated in the Promotion during Week 2 from 12 August 2021 to 18 August 2021 will be recorded

    Details of the Participants who participated in the Promotion during Week 3 from 19 August 2021 to 25 August 2021 will be recorded

    Details of the Participants who participated in the Promotion during Week 4 from 26 August 2021 to 1 September 2021 will be recorded

    At the end of Week 10, ie 13 October 2021, SIA will validate that all Qualifying Actions have been completed by the Participants.
    The Participants who have completed the Qualifying Actions first in time during each week of the Promotion Period will be selected as follows:

    • The first 800 Participants in Group A and first 800 Participants from Group B for Week 1 will be chosen as Awardees
    • The first 800 Participants in Group A and first 800 Participants from Group B for Week 2 will be chosen as Awardees
    • The first 800 Participants in Group A and first 800 Participants from Group B for Week 3 will be chosen as Awardees
    • The first 800 Participants in Group A and first 800 Participants from Group B for Week 4 will be chosen as Awardees
  7. Participants who do not maintain their respective subscriptions in accordance with Clause 4 above will not be selected as Awardees.
  8. The Awardees will receive the following prizes:
    1. Each Awardee from Group A will receive the prize of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles, and
    2. Each Awardee from Group B will receive the prize of 500 KrisFlyer miles, (collectively, the "Prizes").
  9. SIA reserves the right to amend the number of Awardees selected weekly as it deems fit, so long as the total number of Awardees selected from Group A and Group B at the end of the Promotion amounts to a maximum of 3,200 Awardees from each of Group A and Group B.
  10. The Awardees will be selected by 20 October 2021. The Awardees will be notified via the email address registered in their KrisFlyer membership profile within ten (10) working days following the completion of the selection on 20 October 2021 and will have Prizes credited to their KrisFlyer account within 2 to 3 weeks from 20 October 2021.
  11. All decisions by SIA, in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion, including the choice of the Awardees, shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. The KrisFlyer miles awarded under this Promotion are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date on which it is credited into each Awardee’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
  13. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).
  14. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem KrisFlyer partner products or services, or for conversion must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/)
  15. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem merchandise on KrisShop.com (https://www.krisshop.com/en/) is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisShop website (at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/terms).
  16. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem hotel stays or car rentals on KrisFlyer vRooms (https://krisflyervrooms.com/shopping/terms) is subject to room/car availability at the time of booking and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisFlyer vRooms website (at https://krisflyervrooms.com/shopping/terms)
  17. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem shopping, dining, wellness services via the Kris+ app must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and Kris+ partners (at www.krisplus.com)
  18. The Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another KrisFlyer member’s account.
  19. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
  20. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, email address, selected lifestyle interests, and subscriptions to promotional emails) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of each Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).
  21. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  22. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  23. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Promotion or the participant’s acceptance of any prize.
  24. The Awardee is responsible for all taxes (including but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on the Prize.
