• Guests can only earn miles for 1 room and only for his/her own stay.
• Miles will be issued to the guest whose name is on the invoice of the hotel stay.
• Only 1 guest per room can earn miles.
• Guests will only receive miles 40 - 60 days after their stay.
• Guests can only earn miles on rates and accommodation that are allocated for this promotion.
• Miles will not be issued on other spendings* other than the room booked (*E.g.: Room service, Room upgrade, Room early check-in/late check out, laundry, minibar, spa, all restaurant & bars etc).
• In the event of no-show, miles will not be issued and first night room rate will apply.
