To redeem, KrisFlyer members must present their receipts and KrisFlyer membership card at Concierge Services at any of the 9 Villages in Europe, or submit a claim digitally via our airmiles e-redemption service. To redeem digitally, email the relevant Village (listed below) within 24 hours of purchase and include images of your receipts and KrisFlyer membership card.
