1. What is the difference between KrisPay and Kris+?

   Kris+, previously known as KrisPay, is Singapore Airlines’ lifestyle app. All the things you could do previously with KrisPay can also be found on Kris+, and keep your eyes on a lookout for our newly added features to “plus” more to your desired lifestyle!

3. What is a Kris+ Privilege?

   Kris+ privileges are deals offered by Kris+ partners. To enjoy a Kris+ privilege, scan the Kris+ partner’s QR code and pay for the purchase either by redemption of KrisPay miles or payment using cash, debit/credit card.

4. Can I login to my Kris+ account on multiple mobile devices?

   Yes. However, for the security of your account, you are encouraged to log out once you’ve completed your transactions.

5. What are the Kris+ security measures used to protect my account?

   Kris+ uses 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) as a security measure upon first log-in on a new device. You will be sent a One-Time-Password (OTP) to either your registered mobile number or email address. Please ensure that your mobile number and/or email address in your KrisFlyer account is/are updated correctly. After successfully logging into your Kris+ account for the first time, subsequent log-ins will not require a 2FA verification again unless you log in via a new mobile device.

6. Can I use the Kris+ mobile app outside of Singapore?

   Kris+ privileges can be enjoyed at selected partner outlets in Singapore and overseas. Currently, KrisPay miles can be earned and redeemed at partners’ outlets only in Singapore.

For the optimal experience, we recommend that you enable the following settings on your Kris+ app:

• Push notifications – To be notified of latest promotions and transactions made.
• Camera access – To enable redemption via QR code scanning at our partners’ outlets where available.
• Location services – To discover Kris+ privileges and Kris+ partners around your current location.
• Camera and Storage access – To personalise your profile picture.

• Privileges at partner stores are only for KrisFlyer members. If you are not yet a KrisFlyer member please join now.
• The validation of the offers are stated within the respective terms and conditions of the participating partners. 
• Please refer to the Kris+ app for the privileges and redemption details.
• Singapore Airlines reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, amend the list of Kris+ Partners in which eligible Kris+ Redemption Transactions may be made, terminate or otherwise amend the Privileges without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
