If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by a partner airline, you’ll need to check in at the partner airline’s website or counter, even if your flight code begins with SQ.


For example:


For a 4-digit SQ flight number such as:
SQ 2502 - London to Singapore
(operated by our partner airline)
Check in at our partner airline’s website or counter.
For a 3 or 4-digit flight number with another airline’s flight code such as:
0Z 384 - Singapore to Seoul
(operated by our partner airline)
Check in at our partner airline’s website or counter.
For a 4-digit MI flight such as:
MI 5702 - Singapore to Kuala Lumpur
(operated by a SilkAir partner airline)
Check in at the SilkAir partner airline’s website or counter.
For a 3-digit MI flight such as:
MI 754 - Singapore to Phuket
(operated by SilkAir)
Check in for your SilkAir flight on singaporeair.com

Through check-in with partner airlines

With through check-in, you can check in for all your connecting flights to your final destination at the same time.


Which counter you check in depends on which airline operates the first flight in your itinerary. For example:


SQ 2007 - Frankfurt to Singapore (operated by our partner airline)

SQ 221 - Singapore to Sydney (operated by Singapore Airlines)
As the first flight is operated by our partner airline, check in at our partner airline’s website or counter.
SQ 222 - Sydney to Singapore (operated by Singapore Airlines)

SQ 2008 - Singapore to Frankfurt (operated by our partner airline)
As the first flight is operated by us, check in at the Singapore Airlines website or counter.
