How to redeem

The Eligible Cardmembers will receive a message via short message service (“SMS”) from Bank of China to provide his/her KrisFlyer membership number, within thirty (30) calendar days from the end of each calendar month. Eligible Cardmembers will need to send an SMS (using the Eligible Cardmember’s Singapore mobile phone number registered with BOC) to 75665 within five (5) calendar days from the date of receiving the SMS from BOC in the following format:

BOCEM <space> last 4 digits of the Eligible Cardmember’s BOC Elite Miles World Mastercard Number <space> the Eligible Cardmember’s KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer Programme Membership No.

E.g. SMS <BOCEM 6978 8*********> to 75665 within 5 calendar days.

All BOC Bonus Points awarded will be automatically converted to KrisFlyer miles within sixty (60) days from the end of the Promotion Period and credited to the cardmember’s KrisFlyer account.
