Promotional Terms and Conditions of Singapore Airlines and Mastercard Campaign with Shopping Vouchers Offer: 

1. This Singapore Airlines and Mastercard Campaign with Shopping Vouchers Offer (“Promotion”) is organized by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and Mastercard®.

2. By participating in this Promotion, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments, or directives (“Terms”) which may be made or issued by SIA in its sole discretion either before or during the Promotion. SIA may vary the Terms without notice and/or liability to you or to any other party. 

3. The Promotion is applicable only to all KrisFlyer members who are domiciled in Indonesia (“Participants”) who have carried out on Eligible Transaction (as defined below) during the promotional period from 5 February – 3 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”)

4. For an (“Eligible Transaction”) which refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets from Singapore Airlines, the participants need to fulfil the following criteria:

(a) the tickets are valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights originating from Indonesia to any destination within the SIA network on singaporeair.com and SingaporeAir Mobile App with exclusions of free-of-charge / redemption / rebated / industry discounted tickets;

(b) the tickets must be purchased using a Mastercard credit/debit card issued in Indonesia within the Promotional Period;

(c) the travel dates on the tickets must be between 5 February 2026 – 31 January 2027, both dates inclusive.

5. The Participants will be awarded MAP shopping vouchers (“Prize”) worth IDR 500,000 (with the potential to reach up to IDR 2,000,000) for each transaction amounting to IDR 5,000,000 per booking reference.

6. The Prize that has been chosen by the Participants is only redeemable in-person at physical stores managed under MAP Group. 

7. The Promotion is exclusively available to the Participants who have successfully registered via a submission form, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

8. The value of the Prize will be billed to the Participants if qualifying spend is not met due to refunds or cancellations of purchases.

9. SIA will notify the Participants by 31 March 2026 (“Announcement date”) via the email associated with their KrisFlyer account, providing details of the Prize and instructions on how to redeem it. SIA will endeavour to announce the information on the Announcement Date and at the advertised date, time and venue and in the manner advertised but reserves the right to announce it to the Participants in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion in its absolute discretion without any notice and/or liability to any party.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant:

(a) agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website and SIA’s Privacy Policy, (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed. 

(b) agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including [his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, Singapore Airlines booking reference, electronic ticket number and transaction amount]) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of the Promotion and the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/). SIA has commercially reasonable safeguards and measures to ensure that information and data remain secure, but no security measures are infallible and SIA does not warrant, represent, or undertake in any way that your personal data and/or communications will always remain private and safe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA shall have no liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any loss, theft, unauthorized access, collection use, disclosure, copy, modification, or other action relating to any personal data held by SIA. 

(c) releases SIA and/or its partners from and agrees to indemnify SIA and/ or its partners and any of SIA’s officers/employees/directors/representatives/agents from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property or any violation of intellectual property rights of a third party or any law and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.

(d) agrees to the public use of his/her entry, name and likeness in SIA’s materials. All personal data of the participants will only be used in accordance with SIA’s data protection policies and will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent. 

In no event shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, be liable to any participant and/or to any party for any damages, expenses, claims, costs or losses of any kind, including without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data.

11. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

12. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another individual. SIA will not be responsible for: 

(a) any SPAM generated messages; 

(b) any SMS/whatsapp/other messaging service message delivery failures; 

(c) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; 

(d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; 

(e) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; 

(f) injury or damage to the participant or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion; 

(g) if the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Lucky Draw link/technical requirements; 

(h) if the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign/contests; 

(i) other conditions beyond SIA's reasonable control or any Force Majeure Event. By submitting a Qualifying Entry, the Participant is deemed to have expressly consented to exempt SIA from DND restriction imposed by the relevant Participant.

13. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion, or the participant’s acceptance of any prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.

14. The Winner shall be responsible for the payment of all taxes levied on, or in connection with, the Prize and your use of it, including any taxes on your income.

15. The Prize may not be used in combination with any other ongoing offers/ promotions/ contests/discounts.

16. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable for any Loss (including loss of profits or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive loss or damage), howsoever caused (including through the negligence of SIA), suffered or incurred by the participants arising from or in connection with: 

(a) The participants’ access to, or use of, the Site, any materials, or any linked site, including without limitation, the participants’ participation in the Promotion; 

(b) any decision or action taken by the participants in reliance on any advertisements and/or promotional material in relation to the Promotion; and/or

(c) any error or defect in the Site; or 

The above disclaimer does not attempt or purport to exclude liability under any statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA’s liability under any guarantee, condition or warranty (including, without limitation, any guarantee, condition or warranty of merchantability, acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or fitness for disclosed result), or any other right or remedy, under any legislation or implied into these T&Cs by any legislation (Statutory Warranties) is hereby excluded. Where SIA is liable under any Statutory Warranties, and any legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or exercise of, or liability under, such Statutory Warranties, SIA’s liability for any breach of such Statutory Warranties shall be limited, at SIA’s option, to one or more of the following: (a) if the breach relates to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) if the breach relates to services: the supplying of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that reliance by SIA on this limitation of liability is fair and reasonable in all circumstances.

19. Force Majeure

SIA accepts no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations in relation to the Promotion and under these terms and conditions if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond SIA’s reasonable control.

20. Indemnity

The participants agree to indemnify, and keep indemnified, Singapore Airlines Limited, its officers, employees and agents (those indemnified) against all Loss suffered or incurred by those indemnified in connection with: 

(a) any breach of any obligation or warranty under the terms of the Promotion by the participants; 

(b) any willful misconduct by the participants; and/or 

(c) any negligent act or omission by the participants.

21. Copyright

All copyright in the Materials (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and software) are owned by SIA in its individual capacity respectively and its licensors. Material procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party. Except as expressly authorised, and subject to the conditions prescribed under, the Copyright Act or except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions or as is reasonably contemplated by, the normal use of the Service, the participants may not, in any form or by any means: 

(a) copy, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, communicate to the public, make available to public or create derivative works of the whole or any part of the Materials; or 

(b) commercialise the whole or any part of the Materials, without the express written permission of the organisers or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material.

22. Trademarks

Trademarks used on the Site are a trademark or registered trademark of Singapore Airlines Limited and. The participants must not use any of SIA’s trademarks: 

(a) in or as the whole or part of the participants’ own trademarks; 

(b) in connection with any business, products or services which are not SIA’s; 

(c) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to any person; or 

(d) in a manner that disparages SIA, the Materials, and/or the Site.

23. Public Statements

The participants must not release to the public any news release, advertising material, promotional material or any other form of publicity relating to the organisers without the prior written permission from SIA.

24. General provisions

If SIA waives, in whole or part, any rights available to them under these T&Cs on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any provision of terms and conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, it is to be read down to give it as much effect as possible, or if it is not capable of having any effect at all, it is to be severed from these T&Cs, in which case, the remainder of these T&Cs shall nevertheless continue in full force.
