How to participate:
1. Follow @singaporeairid on Instagram.
2. Be a KrisFlyer member. If you're not yet a KrisFlyer member, sign up here.
3. On Instagram, share your travel moments in an Instagram Story using the "Add yours" template "SQTW2025" that can be found on @singaporeairid Instagram Highlight.
4. Tag @singaporeairid and two (2) of your friends in your Instagram Story.
5. Create an Instagram Highlight with the Instagram Story and title it “SQTW2025”.
6. Like this post and comment 'done' after completing all steps above.
7. Ensure that your Instagram is set to public.
8. Winners shall be chosen and determined based on the most attractive, unique, and creative submissions received.
9. Five (5) winners will be selected to receive the follow prizes:

1. This 2025 Travel Wrapped Social Media Competition promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) during the promotion period from 12 December 2025 (00.00 Western Indonesian Time) to 31 December 2025 (23.59 Western Indonesian Time). (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion will be carried out Singapore Airlines Indonesia’s Instagram page with the Instagram handle @singaporeairid and entry is open to members of the public who are:
(a) Indonesian citizens residing in Indonesia;
(b) aged eighteen (18) years and above as at 12 December 2025;
(c) have a valid KrisFlyer account during the Promotion Period; and
(c) who have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined below).
3. A "Qualifying Entry" shall fulfil the following conditions:
(a) each participant must create and post an Instagram Story that showcases a recap of what participant discovered from their 2025 holiday using the “Add Yours” feature on the SIA ID Instagram account (“Instagram Story”);
(b) the participant must also follow the SIA ID Instagram account and have their personal Instagram account(s) set to public;
(c) the participant must like the post released on the SIA ID Instagram account in relation to the Promotion and after posting the Instagram story, comment ‘done’ on the comment column on the same post on the SIA ID Instagram account;
(d) the participant must mention @singaporeairid in their Instagram Story and mention the Instagram handles of two of their Instagram friends;
(e) the participant must create an Instagram highlight with published Instagram story and with the title #SQTW2025; and
(f) the Instagram Story must be posted during the Promotion Period.
All Qualifying Entries must be received by SIA during the Promotion Period, and any entries received after the end of the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
4. Five (5) Winners (each, a “Winner”, and collectively, the "Winners") will be chosen by SIA on 6 February 2025 and the Winners shall be determined based on the most attractive, unique, and creative submissions received. Each winner from 1st to 5th place will receive the following prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”):

5. SIA will notify the Winners by 6 February 2026 via a direct message to each Winner’s Instagram account with the information on how to claim the Prize. The Winners are required to return/reply a letter of acceptance ("Letter of Acceptance") in accordance with the instructions provided by SIA within ten (10) calendar days, together with all details that may reasonably be required by SIA for the issuance of the Prize to the Winners (including without limitation their full name as reflected in their identity card, contact number, email address and mailing address). If the Letter of Acceptance is not received by SIA by 16 February 2026 the Prize will be forfeited.
6. The names of the Winners will be posted on SIA Indonesia’s Instagram Story @singaporeairid on 6 February 2026, where legally permitted.
7. By accepting the Prize, each participant agrees to grant Singapore Airlines an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost and/or use their Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose Singapore Airlines deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration and/or compensation to any participant.
8. SIA will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. Each participant is only entitled to one (1) chance in this Promotion regardless of the number of Qualifying Entry submitted. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
10. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees:
(a) to comply with these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion;
(b) to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of the website and SIA’s Privacy Policy, (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”);
(c) that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, contact number, email address and social media handle) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of the Promotion and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/); and
(d) SIA has reasonable commercial safeguards and measures in place to ensure that information and data remain secure, but no security measures are perfect, and SIA does not guarantee, represent, or warrant in any way that participants’ personal data and/or communications will always remain private and secure. To the extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or any other action related to personal data held by participants.
(e) Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms as set out in this clause may result in participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed.
11. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion, including without limitation to, the choice of the Winners, shall be conclusive and final. SIA reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, vary these Terms and Conditions, terminate, or otherwise amend this Promotion and/or the Prize without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
13. Employees of SIA, Scoot, KrisShop, Kris+ Pte Ltd (each an "SIA Entity"), any affiliates, subsidiaries of an SIA Entity, their immediate families, as well as employees of related agencies, principal sponsors, creative or media agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
14. The Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash and shall not be transferred to another individual. SIA reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal or greater value at SIA’s discretion.
15. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in this Promotion, or the participant’s acceptance of any Prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.
16. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not be liable to bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize.
17. Each Winners is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on the relevant Prize as well as any additional expenses including hotel stay, visa cost etc (if any) that may be incurred by the participant(s) upon receiving the Prize.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.
20. INSTAGRAM
20.1 The participants hereby release Instagram from all and any actions, claims, rights, demands whether in this jurisdiction or any other, whether or not presently known to the parties or to the law, whether in law or equity, that the participants may have against Instagram relating to, arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
20.2 The participants hereby acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
21. GENERAL
21.1 SIA reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this Promotion if it has reason to believe that such participant has breached any of the SIA Terms and Conditions.
21.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
21.3 This Term and Condition and all legal consequences are subject to and apply the Law of the Republic of Indonesia.

21.5 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, all decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion, including (without limitation) the choice of the Winners, shall be final.
