1. This Singapore Airlines BCA Travel January 2026 Social Media Competition promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) during the promotion period from 15 January 2026 (00:00 Western Indonesian Time) to 1 February 2026 (23:59 Western Indonesian Time). (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion will be carried out on Singapore Airlines Indonesia’s Instagram page with the Instagram handle @singaporeairid (“SIA ID Instagram”) and entry is open to members of the public who are:
(a) Indonesian citizens residing in Indonesia;
(b) aged eighteen (18) years and above as at 15 January 2026;
(c) have a valid KrisFlyer account (or sign up as a KrisFlyer member at bit.ly/KFREG) during the Promotion Period; and
(d) who have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined below).
3. A Qualifying Entry must fulfil all of the following conditions:
(a) each participant must like the post relating to the Promotion on SIA ID Instagram;
(b) each participant must post a photo with their loved ones on their personal Instagram account and in the caption to the photo, describe their dream destination in 2026 and why they want to fly to this destination with their loved ones on Singapore Airlines;
(c) the caption to the photo must also include the following hashtags: #PerjalananPenuhMakna and #SQBCATravelFair2026, mention @singaporeairid, and three (3) of the participant’s Instagram friends;
(d) each participant must follow @singaporeairid on Instagram and have their personal Instagram account set to “public”, and the Instagram account must remain accessible until 19 February 2026;
(e) after posting, each participant must complete the registration form (available at link) and provide the URL link to that participant’s Qualifying Entry and his or her registered KrisFlyer membership number;
(f) the entry must not be generated by AI or contain AI generated components;
(g) the entry must not contain any offensive, degrading, immoral, or obscene content, or content that damages or could potentially damage SIA’s brand reputation (to be solely determined by SIA);
(h) the participant’s Instagram account used to make the Qualifying Entry must not be a spam, fake, or bot account (to be determined by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion); and
(i) the entry must be posted during the Promotion Period.
All Qualifying Entries must be received by SIA during the Promotion Period, and any entries received after the end of the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
4. Ten (10) Winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected from the pool of Qualifying Entries submitted on Instagram. The Qualifying Entries will be judged on their individual merits by an internal SIA panel and the Winners shall be determined by SIA by 19 February 2026. The criteria for determining the most compelling submissions include (but are not limited to) the following:
(a) originality and effort put into the photo and caption;
(b) lighting, aesthetic appeal and artistic merit of the photo;
(c) the relevance of the caption and photo content to the theme of travelling to a dream destination in 2026 with loved ones on Singapore Airlines.
5. Each Winner from 1st to 10th place will receive the following prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”):
(a) 1st Prize: 100,000 KrisFlyer Miles
(b) 2nd Prize: 70,000 KrisFlyer Miles
(c) 3rd Prize: 50,000 KrisFlyer Miles
(d) 4th – 10th Prizes: each Winner will receive one merchandise package from Singapore Airlines.
6. SIA will notify the Winners by 19 February 2026 via a direct message to each Winner’s Instagram account with information on how to claim the Prize. The Winner is required to return a signed letter of acceptance in accordance with the instructions provided by SIA within ten (14) calendar days of receipt of the email from SIA, together with all details that may reasonably be required by SIA for the issuance of the Prize to the Winner (including without limitation their full name as reflected in their identity card, contact number, email address and mailing address). If the signed letter of acceptance is not received by SIA by 1 March 2026 the Prize will be forfeited.
7. The names of the Winners will be posted on SIA Indonesia’s Instagram page @singaporeairid on 19 February 2026, where legally permitted.
8. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to grant Singapore Airlines an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost and/or use their Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose Singapore Airlines deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration and/or compensation to the Winner.
9. SIA will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
10. Each participant is only entitled to win up to one (1) Prize in the Promotion regardless of the number of Qualifying Entries submitted. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
11. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees:
a. to comply with these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion;
b. to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of the website and SIA’s Privacy Policy, (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”);
c. that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, contact number, email address and social media handle) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of the Promotion and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/); and
d. SIA has reasonable commercial safeguards and measures in place to ensure that information and data remain secure, but no security measures are perfect, and SIA does not guarantee, represent, or warrant in any way that participants’ personal data and/or communications will always remain private and secure. To the extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or any other action related to personal data held by participants; and
e. non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms as set out in this clause may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any Prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each participant further warrants and represents that all individuals featured in the participant’s contest submission have consented to their likeness and image being submitted to SIA for the purposes of the Promotion.
13. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The death of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
14. Employees of SIA, Scoot Pte. Ltd., KrisShop Pte. Ltd., Kris+ Pte. Ltd. (each an “SIA Entity”), any affiliates, subsidiaries of an SIA Entity, their immediate families, as well as employees of related agencies, principal sponsors, creative or media agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
15. The Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash and shall not be transferred to another individual. SIA reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal or greater value at SIA’s discretion.
16. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion, or the participant’s acceptance of any prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of any Prize.
17. Each Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on the relevant Prize as well as any additional expenses that may be incurred by the participant(s) upon receiving the Prize.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
20.1 By participating in the Promotion, each participant expressly represents and warrants that their Qualifying Entry consists only of their own original work and does not infringe on the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.
20.2 By accepting the Prize, each participant agrees to grant SIA an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost and/or use their Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose SIA deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration and/or compensation to any participant. For avoidance of doubt, this clause 20 shall survive the expiration or termination of these terms and conditions.
21. INSTAGRAM
21.1 The participants hereby release Instagram from all and any actions, claims, rights, demands whether in this jurisdiction or any other, whether or not presently known to the parties or to the law, whether in law or equity, that the participants may have against Instagram relating to, arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
21.2 The participants hereby acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
22. GENERAL
22.1 SIA reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant from participating in this Promotion if it has reason to believe that such participant has breached any of the Terms and Condition, or if such participant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, or disruptively, or is involved in interfering with or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion.
22.2 SIA reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend any Prize and/or the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
22.3 SIA is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by negligent and dangerous conduct arising out of or in connection with this competition.
22.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
22.5 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, all decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion, including (without limitation) the choice of the Winners, shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
