9. Physical redemption at Concierge Counter located at level 1, Raffles City, between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Passenger will need to produce passport, SIA e-ticket or travel itinerary from agent showing Form of Payment, and physical Mastercard. 
10. By participating in the promotion, the cardholder and any party acting on his behalf agrees and consents to The Management retaining, disclosing and using at its discretion, without any notification or compensation to the participant, any of his personal data for the purpose of this promotion.
11. The Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to qualify for or make a transaction in the promotion.
