The Sales Planner supports Singapore Airlines’ commercial objectives by providing data-driven insights, sales forecasts, and market performance analysis across assigned regions/stations. The role works closely with Sales Planning Manager, Revenue & Pricing Management (NRM/PMD), Central Planning Department (CPD) to drive revenue optimisation and ensure sales strategies are aligned with SIA’s broader commercial goals.
Sales Forecasting and Performance Analysis - Monitor daily and weekly booking trends, revenue performance, and market share developments. Analyse route performance and identify variances against targets, and historical performance.
Sales Strategy and Capacity Alignment - Support station/region-specific sales plans. Work with NRM and PMD to recommend tactical promotions and strategies to improve revenue performance.
Channel and Segment Analysis - Evaluate revenue contribution from trade partners, corporate accounts, online channels, and alliances. Monitor performance of premium cabins and identify opportunities to strengthen premium demand.
Reporting and Communication - Prepare weekly and monthly sales and management reports with performance highlights. Ensure timely submission of all reports and maintain high accuracy in data preparation.
