Contest Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. KrisFlyer members who participate in the Contest (as defined herein) in accordance with these terms (the "Terms") from 30 January 2026 (0800 hrs GMT+8) to 10 February 2026 (2359 hrs GMT+8) ("Contest Period") will stand a chance to win one set of Aunty Hong Jubilee Delights – Reunion Collection (worth S$138), which includes:
    1. 12 x trays of Aunty Hong’s assorted CNY snacks and cookies;
    2.  1 x box of Sweet & Spicy Belinjau Bites;
    3.  1 x box of Sun Moon Lake Tea; anda
    4. 1 x box of Osmanthus Longjing Tea
    the ("Prize")
  2. The KrisFlyer ‘The Perfect Gift’ Giveaway on Facebook ("Contest") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), will be carried out on Facebook, and is open to all KrisFlyer members (unless otherwise stated) who participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms, including without limitation as described in paragraph 3 below, during the Contest Period.
  3. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, a KrisFlyer member must: (a) follow KrisFlyer on Facebook (at https://www.facebook.com/KrisFlyer.Official); (b) follow KrisShop on Facebook (at https://www.facebook.com/KrisShop/); and (c) reside in Singapore.
  4. In order to participate in the Contest, eligible KrisFlyer members must:
    1.  post a comment in the comments section of a post made by SIA and designated as the Contest post on Facebook (each a “Submission”). The comment must include:
      1.   a response to the Contest post specifying who the KrisFlyer member intends to share the Chinese New Year goodies with, and the reasons for the same, in English; and
      2. a tag of three other individuals; and
      3. “like” the Contest post,

    during the Contest Period.
  5. Each eligible KrisFlyer member who participates in the Contest shall be referred to as a “Participant”. Participants may make unlimited Submissions, however repeated Submissions containing the same response will be disqualified.
  6. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants at its sole and absolute discretion. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  7.  SIA, in its sole and absolute discretion, will select 1 Participant (the "Winner") with the most creative answer, to win the Prize.
  8.  The Winner will be announced by 11 February 2026 on Facebook, or on such other date or via such other means as SIA may determine at its sole and absolute discretion.
  9. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  10. By taking part in this Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
    1. each Participant may not submit, upload or publish any content that is inaccurate, misleading, libellous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, obscene, indecent, lewd, abusive, illegal, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, false, an infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or would otherwise violate or encourage the violation of any law or the proprietary or other rights of any third party (individually and collectively "Improper Content");
    2. each Participant automatically grants SIA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and royalty-free licence to use (including without limitation, to store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, podcast, webcast, or broadcast) and to sub-licence any and all intellectual property rights, title and interests (including copyright) in their Submission(s), including without limitation to repurpose and/or report their answers in other social media posts as and when it deems fit, without informing the Participant in advance; and
    3. each Participant represents and warrants that:
      1. all Submissions are the Participant's own original works and creations and do not and will not infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
      2. none of the Submissions are proprietary or confidential;
      3.  none of the Submissions are Improper Content, nor will they expose SIA to any civil or criminal proceedings in any part of the world; and
      4. the use by SIA and other users of the Submissions for the purposes and in the manner set out in these Terms will not require any further licences or rights from, or infringe any intellectual property or other rights of, any third party.
  11.  SIA will notify the Winner as a reply to their Submission on Facebook or via such other means as SIA may determine from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Winner will be required to respond to SIA within 24 hours of such notification as required in the notification, including to provide their personal details to SIA via KrisFlyer_social@singaporeair.com.sg, in order to receive their Prize. All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete. SIA will then provide the Winner with further information on how to claim the Prize. If the Winner is determined by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion to have breached any provisions in these Terms and/or to be not eligible to participate in the Contest for any reason, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and disposed of by SIA.
  12. SIA reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (a) cancel or modify the Contest; or (b) substitute, withdraw or cancel the Prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of the Winner, shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and the Winner, and no correspondence will be entertained. SIA reserves the right to vary these Terms or terminate this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
  13. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by KrisShop terms and conditions. (available online at https://www.krisshop.com/en/store/krisshop-krisflyer-cny-giveaway-terms).

Participation

  1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, SIA's conditions of use of website, SIA's Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/), and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/),  (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any Prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed by SIA. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the respective SIA Terms and Conditions.
  2. By participating in the Contest, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, email address and contact number) or otherwise makes available to SIA may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by SIA, its authorised service providers and its advertising and promotion agencies for the purposes indicated in SIA's Privacy Policy and for administrating the Contest and the Prizes, including to communicate with the Winners in relation to collection of the Prize and for SIA's publicity and/or advertising campaigns connected to the Contest, and further agrees that such collection, use, disclosure, and processing will be without payment or compensation.
  3. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  4. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Contest or the Participant's acceptance of any Prize.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any of the expenses and all ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or the Prizes.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest, these Terms shall prevail.
