For KrisFlyer members

KrisFlyer members can earn 2X miles with minimum spending during the offer period:

  • £1,000/€1,000 minimum spend at Bicester Village and La Vallee Village.

How to redeem

To earn the bonus miles, PPS Club and KrisFlyer members must retain the receipts of their purchases at any of the nine Villages at The Bicester Collection. Members can then present the receipts and their KrisFlyer membership card at Concierge Services, or claim digitally via the air miles e-redemption service. To earn the miles, email the relevant Village listed below and include images of the receipts as well as your KrisFlyer membership card within 24 hours of making your purchases.

Terms and conditions

  • For KrisFlyer members, earn double miles (2.5 miles for every £/€1 spent) with a minimum spend of £/€1,000 at Bicester Village and La Vallée Village, or €700 at the Collection's other seven Villages in Europe. Offer capped at £/€5,000 maximum spend.
  • For PPS Club members, earn triple miles (3.75 miles for every £/€1 spent) with a minimum spend of £/€2,000 at Bicester Village and La Vallée Village, or €1,500 at the Collection's other seven Villages in Europe. Offer capped at £/€10,000 maximum spend.
  • A 10% savings is applied to the Village price in participating boutiques and restaurants. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Access to The Apartment and Hands-free Shopping are subject to availability and must be booked 48 hours in advance via the Guest Services email address.
