Earning HighFlyer points
Your business earns 5 HighFlyer points per SGD 1 spent every time your employees fly with Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Scoot and our partner airlines such as Lufthansa, SWISS and more. Your HighFlyer points are valid for three years. At the same time, your employees will earn KrisFlyer miles. As a HighFlyer member, you’ll also enjoy exciting fare deals and other exclusive privileges .

In case your HighFlyer points (from a valid flight) are not credited to your account more than 4 weeks after the flight, you can apply for them to be retroactively credited within six months of your flight.
Spending HighFlyer points
With the HighFlyer points you’ve accumulated, you can redeem them for tickets on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, as well as for Scoot vouchers.
For tickets purchased on our one-stop corporate portal, you can use your HighFlyer points to redeem excess baggage, Advance Seat Selection and cabin class upgrades. All you need is 1,000 HighFlyer points to start redeeming.
You can also convert your HighFlyer points to KrisFlyer miles to reward your employees. Your employee will receive 1 KrisFlyer miles for every 2 HighFlyer points converted.

Scoot
Whenever your employees fly on eligible flight sectors operated by Scoot, you’ll also earn HighFlyer points.
To use your Scoot vouchers redeemed from HighFlyer points, visit flyscoot.com. These vouchers can used to offset fares, ancillary services and online change fees.
