  • JPY1,000 Shopping Voucher can only be used at the facility where they were redeemed and are valid for one week from the date of issue.
  • To receive your JPY1,000 Shopping Voucher and Coupon Booklet, you will have to:
    1. Visit the Tourist Information Desk or the General Information Desk.
    2. Redeem Privilege on Kris+ mobile app.
    3. Enter the webpage using the link stated on the redemption page.
    4. Present the QR code displayed on the webpage to the staff.
  • This benefit is limited to foreign tourists visiting Japan. You may be required to provide your passport for verification to redeem the privilege.
  • Privilege redemption is limited to one redemption per person per day.  Each JPY1,000 Shopping Voucher can only be used once with min spend of JPY10,000 (including tax).
