Reservation policy

Each KrisFlyer membership number is applicable for one reservation only. Multiple room bookings under the same reservation will be considered as a single booking for this promotion.

Terms and conditions

• The reservation must be made under the same name as the KrisFlyer membership account holder. Bookings made on behalf of the member by third parties are not eligible.
• Only the registered guest under the reservation is entitled to earn KrisFlyer miles.
• Miles will be credited per eligible stay.
