- Event participation must be completed through the ‘Apply for Gift Voucher’ section on the linked promotion page (Singapore Airlines x CruiseTMK promotion page) within the event period. Otherwise, benefits will not be provided, even if other eligibility criteria are met.
- The spending amount is based on the actual card usage, excluding unauthorized transactions and points usage. If the payment amount is not processed correctly due to reasons such as payment rejection, cancellation, partial cancellation, settlement cancellation, returns or refunds, it will not be included in the total spending amount.
- Eligible amounts include purchases made in full or installments. The following amounts are excluded: family card payments, cash-equivalent payments (e.g. gift cards), prepaid transportation/rechargeable cards, postpaid transportation/high-pass transactions, SMS fees, coupon/point usage or coupon purchases, short-term credit (cash service), long-term credit (card loan), annual fee payments, unsettled approval slips, payment cancellations, international brand fees, and overseas usage fees.
- Benefits will be provided if the card is held at the time of benefit issuance. If the card is cancelled, suspended, or replaced before the benefit is provided, benefits will not be available.
- The benefit date may change, and the event may be modified or discontinued without prior notice due to partner or Shinhan Card internal reasons.
- Cards other than the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer BEST Shinhan Card, corporate cards, and business cards are not eligible for this promotion.
- Participation is limited to one customer per room.
- One participation per card is allowed.
- If the participation criteria are not met, the individual will be excluded from the selection of winners.
- The gift card will be issued as a mobile gift card within 30 days after the departure date.

- The late payment interest rate is “normal rate + maximum 3%,” within the maximum interest rate (20% per year).
- If there is no agreed-upon interest rate at the time of late payment, the following will apply:
- Late payment for full payment: Minimum interest rate (2 months) for installment transactions at the time of the transaction.
- Late payment for interest-free installment transactions: Interest rate for installment payments at the same term as the transaction.
- If the credit card issuance is not appropriate (low personal credit score, etc.), card issuance may be restricted.
- All card usage fees and associated charges must be repaid on the specified payment date.
- If your credit card usage is excessive in relation to your repayment ability, your personal credit score may decrease.
- Decreased credit score, late payments, and other financial consequences may occur.
- If you delay payment for an extended period, you may be required to repay all outstanding credit card balances on the payment due date.
