Step 1: Obtain your boarding pass and baggage tag from the self-service kiosk
All passengers, including those who have checked-in online, must use the kiosks to obtain their boarding passes and baggage tags. It’s quick and easy—just follow the instructions on the screen.
Passengers are reminded to bring their machine-readable passport and visa, as well as their confirmed booking itinerary, to complete this step.
* Kiosk check-in hours: 24 hours before departure
* All passengers can use the kiosk check-in service. There are also dedicated check-in counters for Business Class, KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Silver members, and Star Alliance Gold passengers.
Step 2: Drop off your bag at the Bag Drop counters
After printing your boarding pass and baggage tag at the kiosk, please proceed to the manned bag drop counter to drop off your checked baggage.
* Bag Drop counters will open 3 hours prior to departure time.
