Eligibility

Passengers who have completed self check-in via the Singapore Airlines website, mobile app or self-service kiosk, obtained a boarding pass and baggage tag (issued at the kiosk), and are travelling with checked baggage within their complimentary baggage allowance.

Available from 4 hours to 1 hour before your scheduled flight departure.
For SQ607, the self-service bag drop is available from 3 hours before departure.

Restrictions

• Passengers without a boarding pass or baggage tag
• Passengers with baggage exceeding the complimentary baggage allowance, or travelling with sports equipment or special baggage (such as golf clubs, skis, or oversized baggage).
• Passengers requiring staff assistance (such as wheelchair passengers, passengers travelling with pets, or passengers using the Unaccompanied Minor service).

                 

How to Drop Off Your Bags

Scan boarding pass and place baggage on conveyor belt

Available from 4 hours before departure (3 hours before departure for SQ607)

After scanning your boarding pass, place your baggage on the conveyor belt. The system will verify the weight of your baggage and ensure it complies with the baggage regulations before proceeding with the check-in.

 

Print and attach baggage tag

Closes 1 hour before departure

Please attach the baggage tag with the barcode clearly visible. After your baggage has been accepted, keep the baggage receipt until you have collected your baggage at your destination.
