- The offer is only available for bookings only on Shangri-La.com, Shangri-La mobile app and Shangri-La WeChat Mini-Program.
- Reservation must be made with a Shangri-La Circle membership number and is non-transferrable upon confirmation.
- The offer is eligible to earn Shangri-La Circle Points.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- Your KrisFlyer membership number must be provided upon booking and check in.
- Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.

- Bonus miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of eligible members 6-8 weeks after the completion of eligible stays.
- For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a guaranteed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Standard check-in time is 3pm.
