Pre-order your items through KrisShop before your trip and conveniently pick them up onboard or have them shipped worldwide.
- Entry and ticket Issuance Period: 15 January 2026 - 14 February 2026
- Travel Period: 1 February 2026 - 30 June 2026
- Eligible Participants: Customers who book flights to Singapore, Bali, or the Maldives through the official Singapore Airlines website or mobile app and enter the event.
- Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the departure date of the first flight. Submissions after this point will not be accepted.
- Departure Requirement: The first flight must depart from Incheon or Busan and be operated by Singapore Airlines.
- If you are travelling with companions, please note that each passenger must apply separately. A separate voucher email will be sent to each applicant.
- Vouchers will be emailed approximately within 7 business days after verification. before the journey begins, following confirmation of ticket validity.
- Vouchers will be issued as promotional codes redeemable for purchases on KrisShop.com or onboard Singapore Airlines flights.
- Singapore Airlines is not responsible for non-delivery or failed receipt of vouchers due to incorrect or incomplete personal information, including email address errors. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the voucher.
- The following ticket types are excluded from this promotion: Tickets issued through travel agencies or third-party platforms, Mileage redemption (award) tickets, Staff discounted tickets, Infant tickets, Complimentary (free) tickets.
- No separate notification will be sent to ineligible participants.
- Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2026.
- Certain items or ongoing promotions may be excluded from voucher usage.
- Detailed terms of use will be included in the email accompanying the voucher.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Personal information collected during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of prize delivery and will not be used for other purposes.
- All collected data will be securely stored in accordance with applicable regulations until 14 June 2026, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- You may choose not to consent to the collection and use of your personal data. However, in that case, prize delivery will not be possible, and your participation in the event will be disqualified.
- If a booking is cancelled after application, the voucher will be forfeited.
- Singapore Airlines reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the event page.
