• Bookings must be made through the official hotel website or directly with the hotel.
• Bookings made via travel agents are not eligible.
• Miles can only be earned by one member per room per stay.
• To ensure miles are credited, please present your KrisFlyer membership number upon check-in.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on your KrisFlyer membership account.
• Bonus miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of eligible members 6-8 weeks after the promotion period.
