The SingaporeAir mobile app is user-centred driven, targeted for faster performance and better usability. From providing self-service functionalities, to personalised and contextualised travel information during travel, the mobile app will enhance your customer journey by providing a seamless and personalised user experience.
Covid-19 Travel Restrictions
Plan or check on your next trip on the go with updated travel advisories. Covid-19 Travel Restrictions information can be found on the Home screen and My Trips.
Check-in Online and Generate Mobile Boarding Pass
For greater convenience, you can check-in and download your boarding pass (subject to regulatory requirements) on our app from 48 hours to 1.5 hours before your flight departs.
Print and Go
If you are departing from Singapore Changi Airport, generate your baggage tags easily from our app (subject to regulatory requirements). When at the airport, simply scan your mobile boarding pass at the check-in kiosks to print your baggage tags.
Download from e-Library
Find your favourite titles and download complimentary newspapers and magazines to your mobile device 48 hours before your flight for easy reading onboard.
Pairing with KrisWorld
When onboard, control the inflight entertainment system remotely straight from your personal device via the app*

Delighting Your Experience
‘Capture & Discover’, a new search function that uses image and speech recognition to match your intent to a Singapore Airlines destination with destination content and fare deals.
‘Translation Assistant’, a feature that uses real-time language translation by voice to help you communicate better when you are overseas.
‘Measure Your Baggage’ to help travellers determine if the size of their bags is within the cabin baggage limitations. Currently supports iOS only.
Other Highlights
Operational push notifications will be stored through the message inbox. KrisFlyer messages can also be found in the same inbox for ease of reference.
Save your mobile boarding pass and KrisFlyer membership card to the wallets for easy access. Additionally, you can use Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, simple and secure payment.
Review and check your flight credits balance by adding your trip and use flight credits to rebook your next flight with us.
