Service Fees
A nominal fee will be charged for certain ticket and membership-related changes. These can be paid in US dollars (or local currency equivalent), or with KrisFlyer miles for selected functions.
Where multiple changes and services are used online or offline, fees applicable are cumulative.
Additional service fee of USD 25 or 2,500 KrisFlyer miles will apply for the selected services rendered offline by any Singapore Airlines office or reservations hotline:
- Redemption ticket bookings
- Redemption ticket changes (including redepositing of miles for awards)
- Redemption upgrades
- KrisFlyer membership services, including updating of passport details, adding or changing Redemption Group Nominees
Offline service fees will be waived for transactions that cannot be performed online, and for all PPS Club members and supplementary cardholders.
A service fee of USD250 per ticket will apply for new Star Alliance Round-the-World (RTW) redemption bookings. An additional service fee of USD25 per ticket will apply for any subsequent servicing. These fees are waived for bookings by all PPS Club members and supplementary cardholders.

*Subject to the validity of miles and award tickets / upgrades. Award tickets / upgrades must also be completely unused.
**The no-show fee applies in addition to any other applicable fee(s). For example, if you fail to show up for your Economy Saver award flight and request a refund, you will be charged a total of: US$100 + US$75 = US$175.
No change of route, cabin class or award type is allowed for partially-used tickets issued on Singapore Airlines.
No changes are allowed for partially-used tickets issued on partner airlines
Payments made in local currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate provided by Singapore Airlines.
