KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards terms and conditions

  1. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded based on the Elite miles earned on flights operated by Singapore Airlines or Scoot, or from purchases on Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago. Elite miles earned on flights with other airlines are not eligible for the rewards. For KrisFlyer or KrisFlyer Elite Silver members, up to 5,000 Elite miles earned through non-flight spending can count towards KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards. For KrisFlyer Elite Gold members, up to 10,000 Elite miles can count towards KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards.
  2. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded once you attain the stipulated Elite miles in a single calendar year (beginning on 1 January and ending on 31 December). There will be no extension of the qualification period, or waiver of the minimum number of Elite miles to attain KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards.
  3. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded for the first 100,000 Elite miles earned within a single calendar year. Any Elite miles earned in excess of 100,000 Elite miles will not be eligible for KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards.
  4. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Extensions are strictly not allowed.
  5. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards can only be used for eligible flights. Applications must be submitted before flight departure, unless stated otherwise.
  6. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are applicable only to ticketed bookings.
  7. Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any failed application of any rewards if members make any changes to their bookings after applying the reward.
  8. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to change the KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards programme at its sole discretion without prior notice, including the rewards and the qualifying criteria.
  9. Other terms and conditions governing the use of specific KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards apply.

  1. To use the reward, include your KrisFlyer membership details in your booking on singaporeair.com or flyscoot.com. The name and email address used in your booking must match that of your KrisFlyer profile.
  2. The reward will be automatically awarded upon the completion of your next flight on Scoot.
  3. The flight must be completed within 12 months of earning the reward.
  4. It will take up to 4 weeks for the accrued miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
  5. The miles will be credited to the recipient of the reward.
  6. Flights that are fully paid with miles or Scoot vouchers are not eligible for the bonus KrisFlyer miles.
  7. The reward is only applicable on itineraries that comprise of
     a. only Scoot flights,
     b. or only Scoot and Singapore Airlines flights.

  2. To receive the reward, your KrisFlyer profile must include a valid first name, last name, and email address. 
  3. To use the reward, include your KrisFlyer membership details in your booking on flyscoot.com. The name and email address used in your booking must match that of your KrisFlyer profile.
  4. The recipient of this reward must be included in the booking. Name change is not permitted after the booking is completed.
  5. The discount only applies to the base fare, and cannot be applied on Group or MICE bookings.

  1. To claim the reward, log in to the Kris+ app with your KrisFlyer membership details, during the validity period of the reward. Once you have logged in, the KrisPay miles will be automatically credited to your KrisPay wallet.
  2. KrisPay miles awarded are valid for 6 months from the date the reward is claimed. The validity period of these KrisPay miles cannot be extended.
  3. KrisPay miles awarded can only be used within the Kris+ app, and cannot be converted to KrisFlyer miles.

  1. The promo code will be sent to your email address or can be retrieved from the Messages page when you log in on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app. To use the reward, log in to KrisShop.com with your KrisFlyer account.
  2. The promo code is valid with a minimum spend of SGD 150 on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com. Items under the brand exclusion list will not count towards the minimum spend.
  3. The promo code is not applicable to purchases made in-flight or via the KrisShop order form. Purchases must be made on KrisShop.com and be collected on board eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
  4. The promo code cannot be used with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers, privileges, and PPS Club discounts, unless otherwise stated.
  5. All purchases on KrisShop.com are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

  1. The 25% bonus KrisFlyer miles, 50% bonus KrisFlyer miles, and double KrisFlyer miles rewards can be found under Rewards and vouchers when you log in on singaporeair.com. Select USE REWARD to apply it to an existing booking.
  2. Both the bonus and double KrisFlyer miles rewards can be applied to an upcoming flight prior to departure, or to a flight that has been flown up to 7 days ago. For retrospective reward application to a flown flight, the reward must be awarded to you before the flight date, and cannot be applied on partially flown tickets.
  3. Each bonus or double KrisFlyer miles reward can only be used for a single flight segment. It is not possible to stack multiple bonus or double KrisFlyer miles rewards for use on the same flight segment.
  4. The bonus or double KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the recipient of the bonus or double KrisFlyer miles reward.
  5. The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded upon completion of your flight. It will take up to 4 weeks for the accrued miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
  6. If you have mixed KrisFlyer miles and cash to purchase your ticket, the awarded bonus or double KrisFlyer miles will be in proportion to the amount that you have paid for in cash (excluding taxes).
  7. Bonus or double KrisFlyer miles rewards do not apply on tier bonus, award flights, or any proportion of tickets paid for using KrisFlyer miles.
  8. Bonus or double KrisFlyer miles rewards can be combined with advance upgrade rewards. However, the bonus or double KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original booking prior to upgrade.

  1. The reward can be found under Rewards and vouchers when you log in on singaporeair.com. Select USE REWARD to apply it when redeeming a flight or an upgrade.
  2. The reward can be used for redemption bookings (excluding HighFlyer bookings) or redemption upgrades on eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines. The reward cannot be used on partially flown tickets.
  3. Each reward can only be used for a single redemption booking or redemption upgrade. It is not possible to stack multiple rewards for use on a single redemption booking or redemption upgrade.
  4. The reward can be used by the recipient of the reward or his / her redemption nominee (“eligible passenger”). For bookings with multiple passengers, the reward will only be applied to the first eligible passenger in the booking.
  5. If the cost of the redemption booking or redemption upgrade is less than 5,000 KrisFlyer miles, the unused miles will be forfeited. Unused miles cannot be applied to another passenger in the same booking or otherwise.
  6. If changes are made to your booking that require additional miles, a top-up of miles is required. However, if fewer miles are required, no refund will be given.
  7. If your booking is refunded, the reward will be credited back to your KrisFlyer account, as long as it is still within its original validity period.
  8. This reward cannot be used for upgrades using miles performed at the airport or via mySQupgrade. 
  9. This reward cannot be combined with any other rewards. It cannot be used in conjunction with the purchasing of miles to complete a redemption booking or redemption upgrade.

  1. The reward can be found under Rewards and vouchers when you log in on singaporeair.com. Select USE REWARD to apply it to an existing booking.
  2. The reward can only be used for a one-cabin class upgrade in one flight segment.
  3. The reward is valid for eligible flights operated and marketed by Singapore Airlines. It can be used by the recipient of the Reward or for his / her redemption nominee.
  4. Upgrades are subject to availability in accordance with our applicable terms and policies at the point when the Advance Upgrade reward is applied.
  5. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to allocate in its sole discretion the number of seats available for the Advance Upgrade reward on each flight, which may limit the number of seats available for the Advance Upgrade reward.
  6. Seats for the Advance Upgrade reward may not be available on all flights or in all classes, even though there may be physical seats available to fare-paying passengers for booking.
  7. To utilise the reward when booking on singaporeair.com, book a commercial ticket on Singapore Airlines in the eligible classes, and apply the advance upgrade to the flight segment of your choice. Each passenger must have their own reward to be upgraded together. If you wish to use the reward for selected passengers in the booking, contact KrisFlyer Membership Services.
  8. The reward may be combined with a double or bonus KrisFlyer miles reward. However, bonus or double KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original booking prior to upgrade.
  9. This reward cannot be combined with a redemption booking, with a HighFlyer booking, with a redemption upgrade, or with mySQupgrade.
Short-haul advance upgrade awarded at 75,000 Elite miles
  1. The reward can only be used if the original booking is purchased under the following booking classes: Economy Class - Y, B, E, M, H, W; Premium Economy Class - S, T, P, L; Business Class - Z, C, J, U.
  2. The reward can only be used for an upgrade by one cabin class in one flight segment flying from:
     a. Zone 1 to Zone 2, or vice versa;
     b. Zone 1 to Zone 3, or vice versa;
     c. Zone 11 to Zone 11
Premium Economy advance upgrade awarded at 100,000 Elite miles
  1. The reward can only be used if the original booking is purchased under the following booking classes: Economy Class - Y, B, E, M, H, W.
  2. The reward can only be used for an upgrade of one flight segment from Economy to Premium Economy Class.
