Full Airfare Refund for Visa Rejection

Singapore Airlines offers full ticket refunds with the waiver of cancellation fees for customers whose visa applications to travel abroad are unsuccessful.

Terms and conditions:

• Documentary proof of unsuccessful visa application and passport copy are to be sent to KTM_Reservations@singaporeair.com.sg for verification.
• Applicable for Singapore Airlines tickets issued in Nepal with itineraries originating from Nepal.
• Full ticket refund shall only be granted when documents submitted are verified by Singapore Airlines to be authentic.
• When required, customers may have to visit Singapore Airlines office in Kathmandu for additional checks on the documents submitted.
• This policy also applies to air tickets sold by travel agents in Nepal.
  
• If applicable, distribution fee of USD20 is non-refundable for air tickets sold by travel agents.
