Bringing you greater convenience with access to a range of personalised features at your fingertips, you can expect even more enhancements that will progressively be added in the future.
We are delighted to announce that we have released the new SingaporeAir mobile app (Android & iOS) on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We will also like to thank those who participated in our Beta program and provided valuable feedback. It helped us refine the app further to provide a better experience for users.

Release Update
The new SingaporeAir mobile app version 22.6.0 is now available for download in all Google Play Store and Apple App store. With the completion of our rollout, app versions below 22.0.0 will not be supported after 10 December 2019. Thus, we encourage all users to update their current app to the latest version before 10 December 2019 for a faster and improved experience.
For the first update, unfortunately customers who have previously manually added trips will need to add their trips again. For KrisFlyer members, you can log in and trips will automatically be retrieved. Additionally, previously downloaded magazines and newspapers will have to be downloaded again.

By leveraging the native device capability and mobile optimised design, you can expect improved performance and usability in the new booking and check-in flow.
Mix KrisFlyer miles and Cash
Mix KrisFlyer miles and cash for your booking by simply choosing KrisFlyer miles at the Payment page to offset your total fare, including selected taxes, surcharges and seat selections. Read more in FAQs.
Manage Your Trips
Next Trip / Upcoming Trip has been re-designed to allow more modular display of trip information that can be personalised to enrich your travel journey. To better prepare for your trip, weather and currency exchange rate information is displayed one week prior to your flight departure.
You can now scan physical boarding passes via a new barcode scan function for the ease of adding your bookings to the app.
Email and complex password login for KrisFlyer membership accounts
As a KrisFlyer member, you can now log in to your KrisFlyer membership account using the email address registered with your account or with your 10-digit membership number. Change your 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to a complex password for enhanced account security.
Experience KrisWorld
You can create your very own playlist by adding the latest blockbusters, TV shows and podcasts on KrisWorld via the app for your next trip with us.
By integrating to Thales AVANT inflight entertainment system, you will be able to pair the app on more aircraft types.
