Mastercard NZD150 Prezzy® Card Promotion

The NZD150 Prezzy® Card promotion (“Promotion”) is made available by Singapore Airlines New Zealand in partnership with Mastercard.

Eligibility

The Promotion is available to the first 400 verified eligible claims submitted between 28/05/2026 to 20/07/2026.

A qualifying transaction must meet all of the following criteria:

i. Purchase of a Singapore Airlines-operated flight originating from New Zealand; and
ii. Booking must be made on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app; and
iii. Applicant must be a KrisFlyer member at the time of redemption submission; and
iv. Payment must be made using an eligible Mastercard; and
v. Booking must be completed within the campaign period; and
vi. Applicant must be 18 years or older at the time of submission.

The following bookings are not eligible for the Promotion:

• Infant tickets
• Free of charge tickets
• Redemption bookings
• Rebated tickets
• Industry discounted tickets
• Ancillary-only purchases

Bookings made via third-party channels, including travel agents and online travel agencies, are not eligible.

Redemption

To redeem the Promotion, eligible customers must complete and submit the official redemption form with valid booking details.

Upon successful verification:

• One (1) NZD150 Prezzy® Card will be issued per eligible booking reference
• A redemption code for the Prezzy voucher will be sent digitally to the email address provided in the redemption form within 20 workings days of receipt. 
• Redemption code and additional redemption details will need to be entered into the form at  https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/pva
• Upon sucessful redemption, the virtual Prezzy® Card will be dispatched to the registered email. The card will be valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Note the card will still need to be activated via. confirmation email from Prezzy® Card.
• Verification may be required prior to fulfilment

Separate redemption submissions are required for each qualifying booking reference.

General Conditions

The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Singapore Airlines New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and qualifying transactions.

Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading submissions may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Singapore Airlines New Zealand reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or withdraw the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Singapore Airlines and Mastercard shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prezzy® Card.

By participating in the Promotion, applicants consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal information in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

All decisions made by Singapore Airlines New Zealand relating to eligibility, verification, and fulfilment are final.
