    • The Contest runs from 15 October to 30 November 2025.
  2. Who can join
    • The Contest is open to all KrisFlyer members residing in the Philippines, aged 18 years old and above.

  3. How to Join
    • On your personal Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account, share your personal story along with a photo from your holiday travels with Singapore Airlines, reflecting the theme: “Home isn’t just a place—it’s who you’re with.”
    • In 50-200 words, “Tell us about the people or moments that made your holiday trip with Singapore Airlines feel like a true homecoming.”
    • Don’t forget to tag @singaporeair and @KrisFlyer.Official on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and use the hashtag #SIAHomeForTheHolidays.
    • Set your profile to public to allow tracking of entries.
    • Go to tinyurl.com/SIAHFTHEntry and fill out the registration form with the following entry details. Only submitted entries via the registration form shall be considered eligible for winning

  4. Entry Guidelines
    • One entry per person only.
    • Each entry must contain a minimum of 50 words and a maximum of 200 words.
    • Entries can be in English, Filipino, Taglish.
    • Story must be original and authentic.
    • No profanity or inappropriate content.
    • Photo must be in relation to the story submitted.
    • Contestants must be willing to allow Singapore Airlines to feature their story and statement in official communications or published content.
  5. Selection Criteria
    • Shortlisting of entries and final determination of winners will be held on 5 December 2025, 3:00pm via Microsoft Teams under the supervision of an authorised DTI representative.
    • Criteria for judging are as follows:
      • Content - How relevant is the entry to the theme “Home isn’t just a place—it’s who you’re with.” (40%)
      • Creativity - How well the story or message is communicated and how well the photo elements are integrated (30%)
      • Authenticity - How unique the story is from other entries (20%) 
      • Brand Alignment - How consistently the content reflects the brand's voice and values (10%)
    • The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable in concurrence with the DTI representative. 
  6. Prizes
    •  Winners will receive the following prizes:
      • 1st prize: 100,000 KrisFlyer miles
      • 2nd prize: 60,000 KrisFlyer miles
      • 3rd prize: 40,000 KrisFlyer miles
      • Consolation winners: 10 winners of Singapore Airlines 1:400 aircraft model (Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner)
  7. Announcement of Winners
    •  The announcement of winners will be posted on the official Singapore Airlines Facebook page at facebook.com/singaporeair and displayed on the official campaign landing page at singaporeair.com within 7 working days from the date of determination of winners.
    • Winners shall also be notified via their registered email. 
  8. Redemption of Prizes
    • Winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes shall present a valid ID upon acknowledgement of prize notification via email.
    • Consolation winners of the Singapore Airlines aircraft model shall be contacted via registered mobile number for coordination of delivery to the winners’ registered address in the Philippines. Delivery charges shall be shouldered by Singapore Airlines.
  9. Terms and Conditions of KrisFlyer miles prize
    • The KrisFlyer miles prize may be redeemed for flights on Singapore Airlines. For full list of destinations and KrisFlyer award chart, visit krisflyer.com or see SingaporeAirlinesOne-WayAdvantageSaverAwardChartupdated1Nov25.pdf
    • KrisFlyer miles shall be credited to the winners’ registered KrisFlyer membership account number within four (4) weeks upon prize acknowledgement. 
    • The KrisFlyer miles, once credited into the winners’ KrisFlyer membership account, shall be valid for one (1) year only and unredeemed miles shall automatically expire.
    • Any flight ticket redemption can be done via singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app.
    • Redemption tickets have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
    • Once redemption bookings are confirmed, tickets are non-mileage accruable, non-reroutable, non-transferrable, non-rebookable, non-refundable and valid for Singapore Airlines only. 
    • The winner is responsible for all other out-of-pocket expenses, such as associated taxes, terminal fee, passenger service charge, miles top-up, etc.
    • The KrisFlyer miles must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, found on krisflyer.com.

Terms and Conditions of the Singapore Airlines – #SIAHomeForTheHolidays Social Contest

  1. This Singapore Airlines – #SIAHomeForTheHolidays Social Contest ("Contest") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA").
  2. By participating in this Contest, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments, or directives ("Terms") which may be made or issued by SIA in its sole discretion either before or during the Contest. SIA may vary the Terms without notice and/or liability to you or to any other party. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you at any stage from the Contest, and any prizes may be withheld, forfeited, and/or reclaimed.
  3. The Contest, which involves voluntary participation, will be carried out via the @singaporeair Facebook and Instagram social pages and eDM to the KrisFlyer and SIA public registered user database and will be open to those:
    • Aged 18 years and above;
    • Who reside in the Philippines;
    • Who have a valid passport (or ability to obtain one before travel); 
    • Who are KrisFlyer members; and
    • Who have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined below) during the promotion period from 15 October - 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. To participate in the Contest for a chance to win the Prize (as defined below), participants must share their story with a photo from their holiday travels with SIA, reflecting the theme: “Home isn’t just a place—it’s who you’re with.” In their story, they must tell us about the people or moments that made your holiday trip with Singapore Airlines feel like a true homecoming, use the hashtag #SIAHomeForTheHolidays and tag @singaporeair and @KrisFlyer.Official on Facebook,  Instagram, or TikTok. Participants must register their entry via tinyurl.com/SIAHFTHEntry. All Contest entries must be received by SIA during the Promotion Period. Any entries received after the end of the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
  5. For an entry to qualify for the Contest ("Qualifying Entry"), participants will need to fulfil the following conditions:
    • Entries must be submitted via tinyurl.com/SIAHFTHEntry.
    • Answers must have a minimum of 50 words and a maximum of 200 words
    • Entries can be in English, Filipino, or Taglish
    • Story must be original and authentic
    • No profanity or inappropriate content
    • Photo must be in relation to the story submitted (supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, up to 2MB each and no more than 5.0MB total upload)
  6. Qualifying Entries will be judged on their individual merits by an internal SIA panel, supervised by an authorised DTI representative. The Winners from the pool of Qualifying Entries shall be determined based on the most compelling submission received. The criteria for determining the most compelling submissions include: 
    • Content - How relevant is the entry to the theme “Home isn’t just a place—it’s who you’re with.” (40%)
    • Creativity - How well the story or message is communicated and how well the photo elements are integrated (30%)
    • Authenticity - How unique the story is from other entries (20%) 
    • Brand Alignment - How consistently the content reflects the brand's voice and values (10%)
  7. SIA will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, busy lines, misspelt email addresses, acts of God, etc.
  8. Each participant is entitled to only one entry in the Contest. Multiple entries will be automatically voided. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted. Joint submissions are not allowed.
  9. Thirteen (13) winners (“Winners”) will be chosen by SIA, at its sole discretion, supervised by an authorised DTI representative by 5 December 2025 and shall be determined based on the set criteria specified in pt. 5. The prizes (the “Prize(s)”) consist of the following: 
    • 1st Prize - issued to one (1) winner: 100,000 KrisFlyer miles
    • 2nd Prize - issued to one (1) winner: 60,000 KrisFlyer miles
    • 3rd Prize - issued to one (1) winner: 40,000 KrisFlyer miles
    • Consolation - issued to ten (10) winners: 1 Singapore Airlines Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner 1:400 scale aircraft model 
  10. SIA's decisions with respect to all aspects of the Contest, with agreement with DTI, are final and non-appealable, and no correspondence regarding any aspect of the Contest will be entertained.
  11. KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the Winner's KrisFlyer account within four (4) weeks after the Winner has acknowledged the prize.
  12. KrisFlyer miles are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date on which it is credited to the Winner's KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire, and no extensions of the validity of the Prize(s) will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize awarded (including any part thereof) which has not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
  13. Each Participant is only permitted to register one (1) KrisFlyer membership account in his/her name. Any fraudulent or duplicate KrisFlyer accounts, including the original KrisFlyer account held by such Participants, will be suspended, and the relevant Participant shall be disqualified from the Contest, at SIA's sole and absolute discretion.
  14. Transfer of the KrisFlyer miles prize from a Winner's KrisFlyer account to another KrisFlyer member's account is not permitted.
  15. SIA will notify the Winners via email providing information on how to claim the Prize. The announcement of winners will be posted on the official Singapore Airlines Facebook page at facebook.com/singaporeair and displayed on the official campaign landing page at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ph/plan-travel/local-promotions/sia-home-for-the-holidays. SIA reserves the right to announce the Winner in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest in its absolute discretion without any notice and/or liability to any party.
  16. Winners are required to return a signed letter of acceptance in accordance with the instructions provided by SIA within sixty (60) calendar days, together with all details that may reasonably be required by SIA for the issuance of the Prizes to the Winner (including without limitation their full name as reflected in their identity card, contact number, email address and mailing address). If the signed letter of acceptance is not received by SIA within sixty (60) calendar days of being notified, the Prize may be forfeited.
  17. SIA reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any person from the Contest on the grounds of:
    • Misconduct or criminal record or acted or have the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith;
    • Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest;
    • Acting in violation of these T&Cs;
    • Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person;
    • Entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable, or against the ethos and principles of SIA, or which may be considered disparaging; or
    • For any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper
  18. By participating in the Contest, each participant: 
    • Agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA's conditions of use of website (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/conditions-of-use-website/), SIA's Privacy Policy (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/privacy-policy/), and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, and confirms that he or she has procured each Eligible KrisFlyer Member's agreement to participate in and be bound by the SIA Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed
    • Agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including participant's name, KrisFlyer membership number, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA for the purposes of the Contest and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use, and disclosure of the participant's personal data will be in accordance with SIA's Privacy Policy
    • Agrees to grant SIA an exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free license to publish, repost, and/or use his/her entry and/or Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose that SIA deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration, and/or compensation
    • Releases SIA and/or its partners from and agrees to indemnify SIA and/or its partners and any of SIA's officers/employees/directors/representatives/agents from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property or any violation of intellectual property rights of a third party or any law and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise
  19. In no event shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, be liable to any participant and/or to any party for any damages, expenses, claims, costs or losses of any kind, including without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data.
  20. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees that SIA may process the personal data of the Winner for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in SIA's publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Promotion or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation. For avoidance of doubt, this clause shall survive the expiration or termination of these terms and conditions.
  21. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of the Winner, with agreement with DTI, shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary the Terms, terminate or otherwise amend this Contest, with agreement with DTI, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
  22. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies entry.
  23. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors, and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  24. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another individual. SIA will not be responsible for:
    • Any spam-generated messages;
    • Any SMS/WhatsApp/other messaging service message delivery failures;
    • Lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries;
    • Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest;
    • Any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website;
    • Injury or damage to the participant or any other computer or mobile, resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest;
    • If the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the entry link/technical requirements;
    • If the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/Participant has specifically requested to not receive messages for the specific campaign/contests;
    • Other conditions beyond SIA's reasonable control or any Force Majeure Event
  25. By submitting a Qualifying Entry, the Participant is deemed to have expressly consented to exempt SIA from DND restriction imposed by the relevant Participant.
  26. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Contest, or the participant's acceptance of any prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.
  27. SIA reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if SIA cannot provide the original Prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
  28. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. The Prize is not eligible for mileage accrual for any frequent flyer programs.
  29. The Prize may not be used in combination with any other ongoing offers/promotions/contests/discounts.
  30. By participating in the Contest, each participant expressly represents and warrants that their Qualifying Entry consists only of their own original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  31. The Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local, and/or income) on the Prize.
  32. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
  33. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable for any Loss (including loss of profits or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive loss or damage), howsoever caused (including through the negligence of SIA), suffered or incurred by the participants arising from or in connection with:
    • The participants' access to, or use of, the Site, any materials, or any linked site, including, without limitation, the participants' participation in the Contest;
    • Any decision or action taken by the participants in reliance on any advertisements and/or promotional material in relation to the Contest; and/or
    • Any error or defect in the Site
    • The above disclaimer does not attempt or purport to exclude liability under any statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
  34. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA's liability under any guarantee, condition or warranty (including, without limitation, any guarantee, condition or warranty of merchantability, acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or fitness for disclosed result), or any other right or remedy, under any legislation or implied into these T&Cs by any legislation (Statutory Warranties) is hereby excluded. Where SIA is liable under any Statutory Warranties, and any legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or exercise of, or liability under, such Statutory Warranties, SIA's liability for any breach of such Statutory Warranties shall be limited, at SIA's option, to one or more of the following: 
    • If the breach relates to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the cost of having the goods repaired; and
    • If the breach relates to services: the supplying of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that reliance by SIA on this limitation of liability is fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
  35. Force Majeure
    • SIA accepts no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations in relation to the Contest and under these terms and conditions if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond SIA's reasonable control.
  36. Indemnity
    • The participants agree to indemnify, and keep indemnified, SIA, its officers, employees, and agents (those indemnified) against all Loss suffered or incurred by those indemnified in connection with:
      • Any breach of any obligation or warranty under the terms of the Contest by the participants;
      • Any wilful misconduct by the participants; and/or
      • Any negligent act or omission by the participants
  37. Copyright
    • All copyright in the Materials (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings, and software) is owned by SIA in its individual capacity, respectively, and its licensors. Material procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party. Except as expressly authorised, and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright Act, or except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions or as is reasonably contemplated by the normal use of the Service, the participants may not, in any form or by any means:
      • Copy, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, communicate to the public, make available to public, or create derivative works of the whole or any part of the Materials; or
      • Commercialise the whole or any part of the Materials, without the express written permission of the organisers or, in the case of third-party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material
  38. Trademarks
    • Trademarks used are a trademark or registered trademark of SIA. The participants must not use any of SIA's trademarks:
      • In or as the whole or part of the participants' own trademarks;
      • In connection with any business, products, or services which are not SIA's;
      • In a manner which may be confusing, misleading, or deceptive to any person; or
      • In a manner that disparages SIA, the Materials, and/or the Site
  39. Public Statements
    • The participants must not release to the public any news release, advertising material, promotional material, or any other form of publicity relating to the organisers without the prior written permission from SIA.
  40. General provisions
    • If SIA waives, in whole or part, any rights available to them under these T&Cs on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any provision of terms and conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, it is to be read down to give it as much effect as possible, or if it is not capable of having any effect at all, it is to be severed from these T&Cs, in which case, the remainder of these T&Cs shall nevertheless continue in full force.
  41. You hereby release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from all and any actions, claims, rights, and demands, whether in this jurisdiction or any other, whether or not presently known to the parties or to the law, whether in law or equity, that you may have against Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok arising out of or in connection with this Contest. The participants hereby acknowledge that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
