Booking changes or refunds
If you booked your flight through a travel agency or partner airline, please contact them directly for assistance.


Change or cancel your booking


All bookings made on or before 31 July 2022 are covered by our complimentary rebooking policy. This means you can make one complimentary change with no rebooking fee, although a fare difference may apply. Please note that any date change must be made within a year of your ticket’s date of issue, and any cancellations will be subject to the ticket’s fare conditions.    

Customers may change the dates of their travel in Manage Booking. Should you have any issues processing your request, please use our Assistance Request Form. Flights departing within 72 hours will be prioritised. Customers who wish to make changes to flights that were redeemed or upgraded with flight credits or miles, should also use the Assistance Request Form.
