For all policies, cancellation coverage begins on the date your policy is issued. Coverage for all other sections begins when you leave your home or place of departure to start your trip and ends when you return home or until the end of the period of insurance shown as the return date on the policy certificate, whichever is sooner.

The policy covers any overseas trip undertaken on a flight operated by Singapore Airlines or their code share partners if you purchased the ticket from Singapore Airlines or through an authorized agent of Singapore Airlines.
The policy carries and age limit of 80 years.

You may cancel your policy with to us within 14 days of purchasing, provided that no claim has arisen, and your travel has not commenced. Allianz Partners will cancel the policy and give you a full refund of premium.

If you require hospital treatment, please ensure that you keep original copies of your receipts as these will be required to support your claim.
