Due to weather conditions caused by Typhoon Co-May, the following Singapore Airlines (SIA) flights have been cancelled:
· SQ826 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 30 July 2025 at 0115hrs
· SQ827 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 30 July 2025 at 0805hrs
· SQ828 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 30 July 2025 at 0755hrs
· SQ831 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 30 July 2025 at 1430hrs
The following SIA flights will be retimed:
· SQ830 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 30 July 2025 at 0930hrs will now depart on 30 July 2025 at 1425hrs.
· SQ833 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 30 July 2025 at 1650hrs will now depart on 30 July 2025 at 2150hrs.
· SQ832 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 30 July 2025 at 1230hrs will now depart on 30 July 2025 at 1530hrs.
· SQ835 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 30 July 2025 at 1910hrs will now depart on 30 July 2025 at 2215hrs.

SIA will be contacting all affected customers to inform them about the flight cancellations or changes to the flight schedules.
As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected. Customers may visit our Flight Status page for the latest information on their flights.
Customers affected by the flight cancellations will be reaccommodated on alternative flights or can seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket. SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form to seek the refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.
Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage Booking’ function on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service to receive updates to their flight status.
