• Enter your KrisFlyer membership number in the “Additional Details and Preferences” field when booking.
• If your KrisFlyer membership number is not provided at point of booking, Best Flexible Rate will apply at check-in, and miles will not be awarded.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on your KrisFlyer membership account.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. The offer is non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
• Present your KrisFlyer physical or digital membership card upon check-in to enjoy the exclusive rate.
• KrisFlyer miles will be credited within 30 business days after checkout.
