Introduction To Team Resource Management (TRM)

 
Target Audience:
1. Any Operations or Frontline Staff
2. Any personnel working in time-sensitive roles where safety is paramount

Duration*: 1 day (8 hours)
*Duration may vary depending on scope

Learning Outcomes:
1. Appreciate the basics of human performance and limitations
2. Comprehend effective threat, error and risk management in a team environment
3. Apply situational awareness and cooperation in a professional manner
4. Effectively resolve conflicts and overcome differences to achieve a safe outcome

Error Management

 
Target Audience:
1. Any Operations or Frontline Staff

Duration*: 1 day (8 hours)
*Duration may vary depending on scope

Learning Outcomes:
1. Recognise symptoms of fatigue and stress, and act to minimise the likelihood of an error in a working environment
2. Internalize positive safety centric attitudes by focusing on defined markers, to influence safety behaviour
3. Introduce Error Management framework
4. Operationalise error management

Resilience Training

 
Target Audience:
1. All Staff

Duration*: 1 day (8 hours)
*Duration may vary depending on scope

Learning Outcomes:
1. Appreciate the human response during times of uncertainty or crisis
2. Identify and mitigate human-related errors
3. Leverage markers to develop and strengthen personal resilience
4. Be mentally prepared

Crisis Management The SIA Way

 
Target Audience:
1. Crisis Management Personnel/ Business Continuity Planning Personnel
2. Frontline Staff, Team Leads, Managers

Duration*: 3 days (off-site)
*Duration may vary depending on scope

Learning Outcomes:
1. Recognise the interdependencies between the team and stakeholders
2. Lead with personal resilience in times of crisis
3. Manage stress and fatigue with proven techniques
4. Refine your organisation’s crisis response and continuity plans
