Advisory on Singapore Airlines flights impacted by the closure of London Heathrow Airport on 21 March 2025

Singapore Airlines flights to London Heathrow Airport resumed on the morning of Saturday 22 March 2025. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and make appropriate adjustments where necessary.

Flights SQ308 (0900hrs) and SQ318 (1245hrs) have departed from Singapore, and will be followed by SQ322 (2345hrs) later in the day and SQ306 (0110hrs) on 23 March 2025.

From London Heathrow, flights SQ319 (2035hrs) and SQ321 (2205hrs) on 22 March 2025, and SQ305 (0910hrs) and SQ317 (1055hrs) on 23 March 2025, will operate as scheduled.

Customers who were affected by impacted flights can seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket. SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form to seek the refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.

Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage Booking’ function on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service to receive updates to their flight status.
