Optimised for text-only messaging services. Valid for 2 hours only or when the 30MB limit is reached.
- Pro (100MB) – USD 9.99

Ideal for keeping up with work.

A purchased WiFi plan is only valid on the flight sector on which the purchase was made. For example, a price plan purchased on SQ12 from Singapore to Tokyo (Narita) cannot be used on the next sector of the same flight from Tokyo (Narita) to Los Angeles.

Complimentary WiFi is offered to passengers travelling in Suites, First Class, Business Class, PPS Club members and supplementary cardholders. Simply provide the necessary details via the ‘Complimentary Access’ section on the inflight portal. See below for more details:

On selected A380 and 777-300ER aircraft with an older inflight connectivity system, the complimentary WiFi allowance is 100MB for Suites/First Class and 30MB for Business Class/PPS Club members and supplementary cardholders. These aircraft are undergoing progressive retrofit to a newer inflight connectivity system.
Tips to Optimise Your Inflight WiFi Data Plan
It is advisable that you:
- Enable low power mode and disable background app refresh
- Disable software/app updates and cloud backups
- Disable media auto-download on chat apps and close inactive apps
- Pause WiFi session if device is left idle
- Avoid bandwidth intensive activities such as streaming and transferring sizeable files
- Enable ‘Auto-Join’ in your WiFi settings to remain connected to the network

Your mobile service provider must have a roaming agreement with our connectivity service provider, OnAir or AeroMobile. Roaming charges are determined by your local mobile service provider, and will be reflected in your mobile phone bill. Please note that charges will apply if you do not turn off auto-roaming during the flight.

A personal in-seat telephone lets you to make calls via a global satellite network. Calls are US$0.59 per six-second block (with a minimum charge of US$5.90 for the initial minute).
