Overview

1.      These terms and conditions govern the Spin & Win activity (“Activity”) organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”).

2.      The Activity shall be held each day from 27 to 29 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) from 10:00am to 9:30pm (“Event Period”) at the NATAS Travel Fair 2026 (the “Event”) held at 1 Expo Dr Singapore EXPO Halls 4 & 5, Singapore 486150.

3.      By participating in the Activity, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments or directives (collectively, the “Terms”) which may be made or issued by SIA in its discretion either before or during the Event.

Eligibility and Entry Requirements

4.      To be eligible to enter the Activity, you must:

a.      make a Qualifying Purchase (as that term is defined below) at the Event;

b.      be at least 18 years old as at the commencement of the Event Period;

c.      present the original receipt (“Receipt”) for your Qualifying Purchase upon collection of a token (“Token”) to participate in the Activity;

d.      use the Token at the designated capsule machine at the Event during the Event Period for a chance to win one of the following prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”) while stocks last:

a.      A pair of return Business Class tickets for travel from Singapore to Beijing (Daxing) on Singapore Airlines

b.      Mandai Wildlife Reserve attraction tickets

c.      SIA or Mastercard Merchandise (including but not limited to file, tote bag, umbrella, magnet, cup, fingerprint lock, portable charger)

e.      not be an employee or immediate family member (“immediate family member” includes spouses, children, parents, and siblings) of an employee of SIA, its parent company and/or its subsidiaries (the “Group”); and

f.       not be (i) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of any agency and/or service provider engaged by SIA in connection with the Event and/or Lucky Draw; or (ii) any other person engaged or otherwise involved in the Event and/or the Lucky Draw or his or her immediate family member.

(each individual fulfilling all the criteria above shall be referred to as a “Participant”, and collectively, the “Participants”).

5.      A “Qualifying Purchase” refers to a transaction in which a Participant makes a purchase of return or multi-city Singapore Airlines air tickets (with or without travel packages) departing from Singapore with the SIA-appointed travel agents at the Event during the Event Period and make payment using Mastercard. Please refer to Annex A for a list of SIA-appointed travel agents.  

6.      SIA reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, or to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from winning a Prize, if SIA in its absolute discretion, believes that such person may have contravened or may contravene any of the Terms and/or may bring SIA into disrepute. 

Entry Limit and Activity Mechanics

7.      Each Qualifying Purchase will entitle the Participant to one Token for the Activity. Redemption of Tokens will be subject to a daily limit during the Event Period, on a first-come, first-serve basis, while stocks last.

8.      Participants must use the Token to spin the designated capsule machine at the Event immediately to obtain the Prize and redeem on the spot otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.

9.      Prizes which are not claimed immediately after the Activity will be forfeited. SIA reserves the right to deal with any forfeited Prize as it deems fit.

10.   SIA will take all reasonably practicable steps to hold the Activity on and at the advertised date, time and venue and in the manner advertised. SIA reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Activity.

11.   SIA may forfeit the Prize, or if already awarded, reclaim the prize at the expense of the Winner without compensation if, in SIA’s sole and absolute determination, the Winner is not eligible or is disqualified.

12.   Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items (for example, in relation to the Business Class tickets, these can only be used by the winning Participant and one additional guest who is travelling on the same flight as that Participant). SIA reserves the right to replace Prizes with items of similar value as determined by SIA in its sole discretion, without prior notice. If Prizes are subject to collection or use by a certain date, no requests for extensions or replacements will be entertained. The Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and by accepting the Prize, you agree to comply with the same. If any cost and/or liability (including tax) is payable in connection with the Prize, such cost and/or liability shall be the Participant’s sole responsibility.

13.   SIA’s decisions with respect to all aspects of the Activity are final and non-appealable.

General

14.   To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA may vary the Terms without notice and/or liability to you or to any other party. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you at any stage from the Activity, and any prizes may be withheld, forfeited and/or reclaimed.

15.   To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Prizes provided in this Activity; in particular, SIA gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality or condition of the Prizes or their suitability for any purposes.

16.   To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified SIA and its partners and sponsors against all loss (including indirect, incidental, economic and consequential loss), damage, demands, cost, expense, claim, penalty, interest and fees (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) or liability of any kind arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with your participation in any Activity, acceptance or use of any Prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of these Terms and/or any applicable laws.

17.   In no event shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, be liable to any participant and/or to any party for any damages, expenses, claims, costs or losses of any kind, including without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data.

18.   In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Activity, these Terms shall prevail. However, where the Prize also has terms and conditions stipulated therein, such terms and conditions shall be in addition to these Terms and compliance with both such conditions (these Terms and the additional terms and conditions under the prize) shall be mandatory.

19.   By participating in this Activity, each Participant agrees that any and all personal data submitted will be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of administering the Activity, including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, issuing the Prize and communicating with the Winner(s) regarding the redemption of the Prize (“Purposes”). Participants further agree that SIA may disclose such personal data to its affiliates, related corporations, agents, service providers, contractors, and other third parties engaged by SIA for such Purposes. All collection, use and disclosure of the Participant’s personal data will be strictly in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/jp/global_footer/privacy-policy/), which is deemed incorporated into these Terms.

20.   These Terms shall be governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms.

21.   In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Activity, these Terms shall prevail.
