Terms and Conditions
- This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all KrisFlyer members residing in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Maldives, Taiwan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, United Kingdom, Turkey, Russia, Spain, Denmark, Italy, aged 18 years or above who have performed a Qualifying Transaction.
- A Qualifying Transaction consists of one of the following:
- Purchase of Singapore Airlines operated flight – serial number beginning with 618 or 629
- Purchase of SilkAir operated flight – serial number beginning with 629 or 618
- Purchase of Scoot (with PlusPerks) flight ticket – boarding passes with ‘PLUS’ SSR imprinted
- A sales transaction on KrisShop.com
- This Lucky Draw promotion commences on 08 January 2018, 0000hrs and ends on 31 March 2018, 2359hrs (GMT+8).
- KrisFlyer members must ensure that their KrisFlyer membership number is entered in the flight booking and/or KrisShop transaction to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
- Each KrisFlyer member with Qualifying Transactions will be entitled to one lucky draw chance, regardless of the number of transactions made and amount spent.
- There will be three rounds of draws held. One winner will be selected for each round of the draw. The prize is 100,000 KrisFlyer miles per winner.
- Each of the monthly draws will be conducted on 07 February, 07 March and 06 April 2018 respectively. Winners will be notified via the email address registered in their KrisFlyer membership profile within ten (10) working days following the completion of the Lucky Draw. The prize winner is required to return the signed letter of acceptance via email or hardcopy to SIA within ten (10) working days after receipt. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited.
- All decisions by SIA, in respect of the choice of winners are final.
- The KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the prize winner only after travel has been completed, and/or KrisShop item has been successfully delivered, as the case may be. The KrisFlyer miles will take about 4 to 6 weeks to be credited into the account of the prize winner.
- The KrisFlyer miles awarded under this Lucky Draw are valid for a period of 1 year from the date on which it is credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
- By accepting the prize, all prize winners are deemed to have given their consent for participation in KrisFlyer’s promotional marketing activities.
- The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer program.
- The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem merchandise on KrisShop.com is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer program.
- The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Transfer of KrisFlyer miles from one member's account to another member's account is not permitted.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance with or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
- Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/). Participation in this Lucky Draw is bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw, SIA’s conditions of use of website and SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/). Participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data to third parties for the purpose of facilitation of the Lucky Draw.
- Singapore Airlines reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Employees of SIA, SilkAir, Scoot, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- All decisions by SIA, in respect of the choice of winners are final.
- SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
- Participants are advised to obtain independent legal advice at their own expense before participating in the Lucky Draw. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Lucky Draw or the participant’s acceptance of any prize.
