  1. When is the 'Earn Status Credits Beyond the Skies' campaign period?
    The campaign will be held from 5 March, 0000 hours (GMT+8) to 4 June 2024, 2359 hours (GMT+8). All transactions must be successfully completed within the Qualifying Transactions Period to qualify.

    PPS Value and Elite miles will not be awarded for transactions that were awarded based on the Retroactive Mileage claim process.
  2. Is there a maximum amount of PPS Value or Elite miles I can earn from this campaign?
    PPS Club members may earn up to 2,500 PPS Value from this campaign.

    KrisFlyer Elite or KrisFlyer members may earn up to 5,000 Elite miles for this campaign.
  3. I am a PPS Club member. Can I earn Elite miles simultaneously through this campaign?
    PPS Club members will only be able to earn PPS Value through this campaign to count towards renewal in their current tier or upgrade to Solitaire PPS Club status.
  4. I am a KrisFlyer member, can I earn PPS Value through this campaign?

    Yes, PPS Value (for PPS Club members) or Elite miles (for KrisFlyer or KrisFlyer Elite members) will be earned on the nett amount paid with a credit or debit card. This nett amount refers to the final value after excluding any delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance. To qualify, your KrisFlyer membership number must be quoted in your order.
  6. I bought an item from KrisShop but decided to refund it later after 4 June 2024. Will my transaction still qualify?
    Any refunds made, whether during or after the campaign period, will also reverse the PPS Value or Elite miles originally credited from the purchase.

    If there is any tier renewal or upgrade resulting from the PPS Value or Elite miles earned from the refunded transaction(s), the tier renewal or upgrade will be forfeited, and member will be reinstated back to his original tier.   1. How do I earn PPS Value or Elite miles via the Kris+ mobile app during the qualifying period for Kris+ transactions?
    From 5 March 2024 to 4 June 2024, you can:
    • Spend with our Kris+ partners and pay for your purchases via Apple Pay (for iOS) or Google Pay (for Android) on the Kris+ app. For list of participating Kris+ partners, please browse the Kris+ app.

      Redemption of KrisPay miles from your KrisPay wallet at our partner outlets will not be eligible to earn PPS Value or Elite miles.
  2. I made a purchase from a Kris+ partner with my credit/debit card but decided to refund it later after 4 June 2024. Will my transaction still qualify?

KrisFlyer Earn Status Credits Beyond the Skies Campaign Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”)

 

  1. These T&Cs govern the KrisFlyer Earn Status Credits Beyond the Skies Campaign ("Campaign"), organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), enabling PPS Club Members (including PPS Club, Solitaire PPS Club, and Solitaire Life PPS Club members) to earn PPS Value and KrisFlyer Members (including KrisFlyer, KrisFlyer Elite Silver and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members) to earn Elite miles when they conduct qualifying transactions in accordance with the T&Cs herein.
  2. All PPS Club Members and KrisFlyer Members are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  3. This Campaign commences on 5 March 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 4 June 2024, 2359hrs (GMT+8) (“Campaign Period”), and may include such other time periods as Singapore Airlines may announce from time to time.
  4. Subject to the T&Cs herein, the time period for qualifying transactions ("Qualifying Transactions Period") for PPS Club members to earn PPS Value and KrisFlyer Members to earn Elite miles refers to the following:

     

    1. Kris+ transactions where KrisPay miles are earned from 5 March 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) to 4 June 2024, 2359 hrs (GMT+8); or
    2. KrisShop transactions made with credit or debit card from 5 March 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) to 4 June 2024, 2359 hrs (GMT+8);
    3. All bookings via Pelago made with credit or debit card including activities, tours, and experiences from 5 March 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) to 4 June 2024, 2359 hrs (GMT+8).

  1. Subject to the provisions of this section, a PPS Club Member will receive PPS Value if he or she has for each transaction met any of the following conditions ("PPS Value Qualifying Transaction"):

    and excludes taxes and delivery charges (“Qualifying Pelago Transactions”).

    7PPS Value earned from Qualifying Pelago Transactions will be credited to the members’ account within 14 days after the Campaign Period. All bookings via Pelago including activities, tours, and experiences must be made during the Qualifying Transactions Period in order to be eligible to receive PPS Value in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. Bookings may be completed during or after the Qualification Transactions Period.
    For avoidance of doubt, a booking made outside of the Qualifying Transactions Period for an activity, tour or experience etc. that is completed during the Qualifying Transactions Period will not be eligible to receive PPS Value.

  2. Each PPS Value Qualifying Transaction must be successfully conducted during the Qualifying Transactions Period to qualify for the award of PPS Value under this Campaign.
  3. PPS Value will not be awarded for transactions that were awarded based on the Retroactive Mileage claim process.
  4. Welcome KrisFlyer miles earned from enrolment and/or KrisFlyer miles awarded as prizes under lucky draws are not PPS Value Qualifying Transactions and will not accrue PPS Value under this Campaign. Transactions under which KrisFlyer miles are awarded under any other promotions conducted by SIA or any of SIA’s partners (“Promotions”) will not be eligible for the accrual of PPS Value under this Campaign, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the relevant Promotions.
  5. Bonus KrisPay miles earned from bank conversion promotional activities within the Kris+ mobile app (such as through bonus campaigns or gamification) are not PPS Value Qualifying Transactions and will not accrue PPS Value under this Campaign.
  6. PPS Value accrued from this Campaign will accrue PPS Rewards, should members achieve the various PPS Rewards thresholds with their PPS Value, up to 2,500 PPS Value.
  7. PPS Value accrued from this Campaign can only count towards upgrading and renewals of memberships as follows:

  8. PPS Value accrued from this Campaign that are in excess of renewal or qualification requirements will be deposited as Reserve Value, up to 2,500 PPS Value.
  9. Once a PPS Club Member accrues the upper limit of PPS Value (i.e., 2,500 PPS Value) during the Qualifying Transactions Period, any subsequent PPS Value accrued from this Campaign will not count towards membership upgrades or renewals. For the avoidance of doubt;
    • Where a PPS Club Member has accrued the upper limit of PPS Value (i.e., 2,500 PPS Value) during the Qualifying Transactions Period and subsequently has some or all of his or her PPS Value reversed due to refunds of PPS Value Qualifying Transactions, any subsequent PPS Value accrued from this Campaign by such PPS Club Member will not count towards membership upgrades or renewals, and
    • Where a PPS Club Member has accrued the upper limit of PPS Value (i.e., 2,500 PPS Value) from Qualifying Kris+ Transactions on or before 4 June 2024, any subsequent PPS Value accrued from this Campaign from Qualifying KrisShop Transactions and/or Qualifying Pelago Transactions by such PPS Club Member will not be credited to the member’s account to count towards membership upgrades or renewals.
  10. Should there be refunds of PPS Value Qualifying Transactions, Singapore Airlines has the sole and absolute discretion to reverse the corresponding number of PPS Value awarded in respect of such refunded PPS Value Qualifying Transactions. In the event that a PPS Club Member does not meet the relevant criteria for the renewal of his or her PPS membership as a result of the reversal, his or her membership tier will be downgraded accordingly in accordance with the KrisFlyer programme and/or PPS membership rules as may be specified from time to time, and PPS Club Renewal Gift vouchers and/or PPS Club Upgrade Gift Vouchers will be reversed. PPS Rewards earned from the refunded transaction will also be voided if the relevant PPS Rewards thresholds are not met as a result of such reversal.
  11. The KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles for each PPS Value Qualifying Transaction must be first accrued successfully in accordance with the applicable accrual timeframe specified in Kris+, KrisShop or Pelago’s terms and conditions. The PPS Value earned from Qualifying Kris+ Transactions will be credited to the member’s account when the KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles have been credited for the relevant PPS Value Qualifying Transaction. The PPS Value earned from Qualifying KrisShop Transactions and/or Qualifying Pelago Transactions will be credited to the member’s account within 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period.

 

 

For KrisFlyer Elite and KrisFlyer members

 

  1. A KrisFlyer Elite Member or KrisFlyer Member who is not a PPS Club Member will receive Elite miles if he or she has met any of the following conditions in a single transaction ("Elite Miles Qualifying Transaction"):

    1KrisFlyer Elite and KrisFlyer members will only earn Elite miles and not PPS Value. Elite miles awarded under this Campaign will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.

    2Dollar spend on Kris+ refers to the amount spent (inclusive of GST and any related service charges) at Kris+ partner paid for with credit/debit card via Google Pay (for Android) or Apple Pay (for iOS) within the Kris+ mobile app when KrisPay miles are earned, excluding bookings with Pelago made via the Kris+ mobile app (“Qualifying Kris+ Transactions”). Kris+ partner refers to

    1. Kris+ partners as may be specified by SIA from time to time on the Kris+ app and
    2. KrisShop purchases made via the Kris+ mobile app.

    For bookings with Pelago made via the Kris+ mobile app, Elite miles earned will be credited within 14 days after the end of the Campaign period.

    3Elite miles earned from Qualifying Kris+ Transactions will be credited when the KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles have been credited for the relevant Elite Miles Qualifying Transaction.

    4Dollar spend on KrisShop refers to the nett amount spent with a credit/debit card on any of the following:

    1. online purchases made on KrisShop.com; or
    2. KrisShop purchases made inflight on Singapore Airlines or Scoot or via pre-order, provided that the PPS Club Member quotes his or her KrisFlyer membership number during the transaction,

    and excludes KrisShop purchases made via the Kris+ mobile app where KrisPay miles are earned, taxes and delivery charges ("Qualifying KrisShop Transactions").

    5Elite miles earned from Qualifying KrisShop Transactions will be credited to the members’ account within 14 days after the Campaign Period.

    6 Dollar spend on Pelago refers to the nett amount spent with a credit/debit card on any of the following:

    1. online bookings made on Pelago.com; or
    2. bookings with Pelago made via the Kris+ mobile app,

    and excludes taxes and delivery charges (“Qualifying Pelago Transactions”).

    7Elite miles earned from Qualifying Pelago Transactions will be credited to the members’ account within 14 days after the Campaign Period. All bookings via Pelago including activities, tours, and experiences must be made during the Qualifying Transactions Period in order to be eligible to receive Elite miles in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. Bookings may be completed during or after the Qualifying Transactions Period.
    For avoidance of doubt, a booking made outside of the Qualifying Transactions Period for an activity, tour or experience etc. that is completed during the Qualifying Transactions Period will not be eligible to receive Elite miles.

  2. A spend transaction underlying an Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions must be successfully conducted during the Qualifying Transactions Period to qualify for the award of Elite miles under this Campaign.
  3. Elite miles will not be awarded for transactions that were awarded based on the Retroactive Mileage claim process.
  4. Welcome KrisFlyer miles earned from enrolment and/or KrisFlyer miles awarded as prizes under lucky draws are not Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions and will not accrue Elite miles under this Campaign. Transactions under which KrisFlyer miles are awarded under any other promotions conducted by SIA or any of SIA’s partners (“Promotions”) will not be eligible for the accrual of Elite miles under this Campaign, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the relevant Promotions.
  5. Bonus KrisPay miles earned from bank conversion promotional activities within the Kris+ mobile app (such as through bonus campaigns or gamification), are not Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions and will not accrue Elite miles under this campaign.
  6. Elite miles accrued from this Campaign shall count towards upgrading and renewal of KrisFlyer memberships as follows:

    Upgrade or Renewal of Elite Gold membership Up to 5,000 Elite miles
    1. Upgrade to Elite Silver membership, and renewal of Elite Silver membership: Up to 5,000 Elite miles
    2. Upgrade to Elite Gold membership, and renewal of Elite Gold membership: Up to 5,000 Elite miles
  7. Once a KrisFlyer Elite Member or KrisFlyer Member accrues the upper limit of Elite miles (i.e., 5,000 Elite miles) during the Qualifying Transactions Period, any subsequent Elite miles accrued from this Campaign will not count towards membership upgrades or renewals. For the avoidance of doubt;
    • Where a KrisFlyer Elite Member or KrisFlyer Member has accrued the upper limit of Elite miles (i.e., 5,000 Elite miles) during the Qualifying Transactions Period and subsequently has some or all of his or her Elite miles reversed due to refunds of Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions, any subsequent Elite miles accrued from this Campaign by such KrisFlyer Elite Member or KrisFlyer Member will not count towards membership upgrades or renewals, and
    • Where a KrisFlyer Member has accrued the upper limit of Elite miles (i.e., 5,000 Elite miles) from Qualifying Kris+ Transactions on or before 4 June 2024, any subsequent Elite miles accrued from this Campaign from Qualifying KrisShop Transactions and/or Qualifying Pelago Transactions by such KrisFlyer Elite or KrisFlyer Member will not be credited to the member’s account to count towards membership upgrades or renewals.
  8. Should there be refunds of any Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions, Singapore Airlines has the sole and absolute discretion to reverse corresponding number of Elite miles awarded in respect of such refunded Elite Miles Qualifying Transactions. In the event that a KrisFlyer Elite Member or KrisFlyer Member does not meet the relevant criteria for upgrading and/or the renewal of his or her Elite Silver or Elite Gold membership as a result of the reversal, his or her membership tier will be downgraded in accordance with the KrisFlyer programme rules as may be specified from time to time.
  9. The KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles for each Elite Miles Qualifying Transaction must be first accrued successfully in accordance with the applicable accrual timeframe specified in Kris+, KrisShop or Pelago’s terms and conditions. The Elite miles earned from Qualifying Kris+ Transactions will be credited to the member’s account immediately when the KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles have been credited for the relevant Elite Miles Qualifying Transaction. The Elite miles earned from Qualifying KrisShop Transactions and/or Qualifying Pelago Transactions will be credited to the member’s account within 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period.

 

 

General T&Cs

 

  1. All purchases made from KrisShop shall be governed by the terms found at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/kf-miles .PPS Club Members and KrisFlyer Members need to log in to their KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com when making an eligible transaction for it to be a PPS Value Qualifying Transaction and/or Elite Miles Qualifying Transaction under this Campaign (as applicable).
  2. All transactions made with Kris+ shall be governed by the terms found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/ppsclub-krisflyer/use-miles/krisplus/terms-of-use/.
  3. All transactions made with Pelago shall be governed by the terms found at https://pages.pelago.co/en/terms-of-use.
  4. All decisions made by SIA relating to this Campaign shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these T&Cs, terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating KrisFlyer members and PPS Club Members.
  5. All PPS Value and Elite miles awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/.
  6. By participating in the Campaign, each KrisFlyer member and PPS Club Member (each, a “participant”) agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA. All collection, use and disclosure of the participant's personal data will be in accordance with SIA's Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).
  7. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this Campaign.
  8. By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, SIA's Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/ ) (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the KrisFlyer member being disqualified at any stage of this Campaign.
