Terms and Conditions on Earning of PPS Value and Elite Miles for “Discover Your Singapore Airlines” Experiences
- Earning of PPS Value and Elite miles (“Status Credits”) for the purchase of “Discover your Singapore Airlines” experiences is a benefit applicable to eligible Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members who are in the Solitaire PPS Club, PPS Club, Elite Gold, and Elite Silver tiers as of 8 September 2020.
- Eligible KrisFlyer members who purchase any of the following "Discover Your SIA experiences": (i) Restaurant A380 @Changi, (ii) Inside Singapore Airlines (and applicable optional add-ons of Flight Simulator, Junior Cabin Crew, Junior Pilot, Wine Appreciation and Grooming Workshop), and (iii) SIA@Home on KrisShop.com will be entitled to earn PPS Value or Elite miles. PPS Club members will earn PPS Value while KrisFlyer Elite members will earn Elite miles.
- PPS Value or Elite miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of the member used to make the purchase of the "Discover Your Singapore Airlines" experiences on KrisShop.com or Singapore Airlines website.
- PPS Value or Elite miles will not be credited for purchase of the "Inside Singapore Airlines" experience if the KrisFlyer membership number is not included at the time of booking, and/or the KrisFlyer member's First name and Last name used in the booking does not match the name registered in the KrisFlyer member's KrisFlyer profile exactly.
- Purchases of “Discover your Singapore Airlines” experiences on KrisShop.com made on or before 15 October 2020 will receive PPS Value or Elite miles as part of the KrisFlyer Earn Status without Flying Campaign subject to terms and conditions. Status credit accrual as part of "Discover your Singapore Airlines" does not apply.
- Purchases of “Discover your Singapore Airlines” experiences on KrisShop.com made on or after 7 April 2021 will receive PPS Value or Elite miles as part of the Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign subject to terms and conditions. Status credit accrual as part of "Discover your Singapore Airlines" does not apply.
- KrisFlyer Elite members will earn 3 Elite miles for every SGD 1 spent on KrisShop or Singapore Airlines website for the purchase of “Discover your Singapore Airlines” experiences on KrisShop.com or singaporeair.com.
- Dollar spend on KrisShop or Singapore Airlines website refers to both purchases paid for with credit/debit card on KrisShop.com or singaporeair.com and/or dollar equivalent redeemed using KrisFlyer miles (excluding any delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance). The dollar spend on singaporeair.com for purchase of add-ons (Flight Simulator, Junior Cabin Crew, Junior Pilot, Wine Appreciation and Grooming Workshop) with the Inside Singapore Airlines experience is eligible for the accrual of PPS Value and Elite miles.
- If a KrisFlyer member uses a PPS Club Gift Voucher and pays the remaining via credit/debit card, PPS Value (for PPS Club members) can be earned on the nett amount paid with a credit or debit card. This nett amount refers to the final value after excluding any delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance.
- A KrisFlyer member may also redeem KrisPay miles for KrisShop purchases made during the Restaurant A380 @Changi and Inside SIA experiences via the Kris+ app.
KrisPay miles redeemed for KrisShop purchases made during the Restaurant A380 @Changi and Inside SIA experiences via the Kris+ app will not accrue PPS Value or Elite miles. - Elite miles accrued through the purchase of Restaurant A380 @Changi, Inside Singapore Airlines, and SIA@Home will not count towards the attainment of Elite Gold Rewards.
- PPS Value accrued through the purchase of Restaurant A380 @Changi, Inside Singapore Airlines, and SIA@Home will count towards PPS Rewards should members achieve the various PPS Rewards thresholds with their current PPS Value.
- PPS value will be credited to PPS Club members, whose membership qualification end dates are between September 2020 to August 2021 as of 8 September 2020, about 8 weeks after the experience.
- Elite miles will be credited to KrisFlyer Elite members, whose membership qualification end dates are between March 2021 to August 2021 as of 8 September 2020, about 8 weeks after the experience.
For KrisFlyer Elite members whose membership qualification end dates are between September 2020 to February 2021 as of 8 September 2020, Elite miles will be credited by 31 March 2021.
- Should there be refunds of any transactions that accrue PPS Value or Elite miles, SIA will reverse the crediting of the PPS Value or Elite miles awarded as per the refunded transactions.
- All purchases made from KrisShop shall be governed by the terms found at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/kf-miles. Members need to log in to your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com when making the eligible spend/redemption transaction.
- SIA reserves the right to vary these T&Cs without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating KrisFlyer members.
- All PPS Value and Elite miles awarded will be subject to the KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions at (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).
- By participating, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, and conditions of carriage, SIA’s Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the KrisFlyer member being disqualified at any stage of this Campaign.
