Campaign mechanics:

  1. From 25 August to 30 September 2021, every 100 miles earned from spending at KrisShop, Kris+ and Pelago, or on any KrisFlyer UOB Credit/Debit cards will give you one chance to enter our lucky draw
  2. One lucky member will win a stay in the World Dream’s luxurious Palace Villa and two members will walk away with a stay in the Palace Penthouse
  3. Do ensure that you use your Mastercard to qualify

Terms and conditions

 
  1. This KrisFlyer Experiences Cruise Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA").
  2. Entry is open to all KrisFlyer members ("Members") residing in Singapore, aged 18 years or above as of 30 September 2021 who have made a Qualifying Transaction (as defined in clause 4 below) and who have also fulfilled the Qualifying Criteria (as defined in clause 5 below). Non-KrisFlyer members can sign up to be KrisFlyer members at www.singaporeair.com/kfsignup to participate in this Lucky Draw.
  3. The promotion period for entry to the Lucky Draw commences on 25 August 2021, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 30 September 2021, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").
  4. A Qualifying Transaction shall fulfil the following conditions:
    1. An SIA Group non-air transaction (limited to transactions made on KrisShop (via KrisShop.com), Kris+ (via the Kris+ mobile application), or Pelago (via Pelago.co)); or UOB co-brand card transactions (limited to transactions made using the KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card or KrisFlyer UOB Debit Card);
    2. Results in the earning of at least 100 KrisFlyer/KrisPay miles per transaction;
    3. Must be made within the Promotion Period, or
      1. For UOB co-brand card transactions, must be made by 28 September 2021;
      2. For transactions made on Pelago, the relevant activities booked on Pelago must be completed by 30 September 2021, and;
    4. Payment for the transactions must be made using a valid Mastercard credit/debit card,

    (collectively, a "Qualifying Transaction").
  5. In order to enter in the Lucky Draw, Members must, in addition to making a Qualifying Transaction, also have been deemed to have fulfilled the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
    1. Downloaded the Kris+ mobile application ("the Kris+ App") before the end of the Promotion Period; and
    2. Made at least one transaction on the Kris+ App (i.e. accrued KrisPay miles or converted KrisFlyer miles or Kris+ partner rewards points to KrisPay miles) during the Promotion Period;

    (collectively, the "Qualifying Criteria").
  6. Each Qualifying Transaction will earn a Member one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw. Members may receive up to a maximum of ten (10) chances in the Lucky Draw.
  7. KrisFlyer members who have made a Qualifying Transaction and fulfilled the Qualifying Criteria during the Promotion Period will be automatically enrolled into the Lucky Draw ("Participants").
  8. A total of three (3) winners ("Winners") will be selected via a lucky draw by SIA on 12 October 2021. One (1) Winner will win the grand prize of a KrisFlyer Experiences x Dream Cruises package (Palace Villa), which includes a 2N stay at the Palace Villa stateroom on a Dream Cruises cruise ship between 17 and 19 November 2021. The other two (2) Winners will receive the prize of a KrisFlyer Experiences x Dream Cruises package (Palace Penthouse) each, which includes a 2N stay at the Palace Penthouse stateroom between 17 and 19 November 2021 ("Prizes").
  9. The Winners will be notified via the email address registered in their KrisFlyer membership profile within five (5) working days following the draw on 12 October 2021, with information on how to claim their respective Prize. Each Winner is required to return the signed letter of acceptance via email to SIA within five (5) working days from the date on which the notification email is sent, failing which, the Prize will be forfeited.
  10. The full name of the Winners will be posted on singaporeair.com (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/plan-travel/promotions/global/kf/tnc-promo/kf-exp-cruise-draw) and the SIA Facebook page (at https://www.facebook.com/singaporeair) on or after 31 October 2021.
  11. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to take part in any marketing or publicity activities required by SIA, and agrees that SIA and its affiliates may process, or appoint its service providers to process the personal data of the Winner, including the photographs or audio-video and other recordings of the Winner whether submitted by each Winner or taken by SIA ("Material") for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in SIA’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights ("IP Rights") in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA without further compensation and each Winner hereby assigns such IP Rights to SIA.
  12. The Prizes awarded under this Lucky Draw are only valid for the Dream Cruises trip on the sail dates commencing on 17 November 2021 and ending on 19 November 2021, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes awarded which has not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
  13. The Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and shall not be transferred to another individual.
  14. In the event that the KrisFlyer Experiences x Dream Cruises cruise charter is affected due to Covid-19 regulatory or governmental restrictions, and the Prizes cannot be utilised, the cruise charter will be postponed and the validity period of the Prizes will be amended in line with the new sail date. SIA reserves the right to replace the Prizes. Requests to retain the Prizes for future use will not be granted.
  15. In the event that the Winners have redeemed their KrisFlyer miles for a KrisFlyer Experiences x Dream Cruises package prior to the Promotional Period, the Winners may elect to transfer the redeemed package to another KrisFlyer member. SIA shall use reasonable endeavours to facilitate such a transfer and the Winners and recipients will not incur a transfer fee.
  16. Each individual is only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account at any time, and any and all fraudulent or duplicate accounts, including the individual’s original KrisFlyer membership account, will be suspended and disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
  17. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, KrisShop Platform and Sale Term, Kris+ Terms and Conditions and Pelago Terms of Use (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
  18. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing country, contact number, email address and transaction data) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA for the purposes of the Lucky Draw. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).
  19. To opt out of the Lucky Draw, please submit a request via the KrisFlyer/PPS Club feedback form (at https://www.singaporeair.com/feedback-form/).
  20. Transactions on KrisShop must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisShop website (at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/platform-and-sale-terms).
  21. Transactions on the Kris+ mobile application must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and Kris+ partners (at https://krisplus.com/).
  22. Transactions on Pelago must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and terms of use of Pelago (at https://pages.pelago.co/en-sg/terms-of-use/).
  23. Transactions on KrisFlyer UOB cards must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and UOB (at https:// https://www.uob.com.sg/).
  24. All decisions by SIA, in respect of all matters relating to the Lucky Draw, including the choice of Winners shall be final. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants, vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Lucky Draw without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  25. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Lucky Draw or the Winner’s acceptance of any prize.
  26. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Lucky Draw.
  27. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

  29. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
