Q: I redeemed tickets to the Ed Sheeran: + - = ÷ x Tour 2024 but did not receive my e-tickets.
The e-tickets will be available in your provided Ticketmaster account two weeks before the concert date. Please log in to your Ticketmaster account to access your e-tickets.
Q: I redeemed tickets to 'An Evening with Ed Sheeran' but did not receive my e-tickets.
Look out for an email from KrisFlyer within 2 weeks of your redemption containing the unique ticket code and link to generate your e-tickets on Ticketmaster.com. Visit the link in the email and enter your unique ticket code. The unique ticket code may only be used once. Do not share this code.
Members must complete the steps by 30 January 2024, 11:59PM (SGT). Tickets that are not redeemed by the date will be forfeited and KrisFlyer miles will not be refunded.

Q: Do I have to attend the concert personally if I made the redemption from my KrisFlyer account?
Yes. The lead redeemer whose name will be indicated on the tickets must be present for entry into the concert venue. ID checks may be requested.
Q: How will I know if the redemption I made was successful?
There will be an auto-triggered email sent to the email address registered to your KrisFlyer account after your redemption is completed successfully. You may also log in to your profile to view your latest account balance.
Q: The redemption option that I’m interested in is fully redeemed. Can I sign up to be waitlisted?
No, there are no waitlist options available for this experience.
Q: I made a redemption but I'm not able to go for the concert now. Can I cancel my redemption and receive a refund for my miles?
Redemptions are strictly non-refundable.
Q: I would like to receive my e-tickets in a different Ticketmaster account from what was provided.
Changing of the provided Ticketmaster email address is not permitted. Please ensure that you have provided a valid email address linked to your Ticketmaster account during redemption.
Q: I would like to receive the e-tickets in different Ticketmaster accounts. Can I provide multiple email addresses during redemption?
No. You must provide the same email address and mobile number linked to one Ticketmaster account to receive your e-tickets in.
Q: Why do I have to provide my Ticketmaster email address and mobile number?
Your name, mobile number and email address will be used by KrisFlyer and Ticketmaster to identify your Ticketmaster account that will receive the e-ticket(s). Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and mobile number in your Ticketmaster account.
Q: How many tickets can I redeem via KrisFlyer Experiences?
KrisFlyer members may redeem a maximum of 6 tickets across the top 4 ticket categories. Only one redemption transaction per category is allowed. Please confirm your preferred number of tickets before completing the redemption.
