1. When do I have to convert my bank reward points by to enjoy 15% bonus miles on bank reward points conversions?
   
   All bank reward points conversions must be successfully converted to KrisFlyer miles by 16 January 2021, 2359 hours (GMT+8) in order to qualify for the bonus miles.
2. Is there a maximum number of bonus miles I can earn from the KrisFlyer bonus miles conversion campaign?
   
   No, there is no cap to the bonus miles you can earn from this campaign.
3. How do I qualify to earn bonus miles for the KrisFlyer bonus miles conversion campaign?
   
   All KrisFlyer members are eligible for the KrisFlyer bonus miles conversion campaign. Simply convert your bank reward points from one of KrisFlyer’s participating bank partners to KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles during the campaign period.
   
   15% bonus KrisFlyer miles* will be awarded for every eligible bank reward points conversion, with a minimum of 10,000 KrisFlyer miles converted or for every KrisPay miles conversion transaction successfully completed during the campaign period.
   
   *Earn up to 20% bonus KrisFlyer miles for selected banks in Brunei, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Please refer to the list of participating banks for the percentage of bonus miles you will be entitled to.
4. What are the channels for conversion of bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles? Can I convert my bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles via the Kris+ app to enjoy bonus miles?
   
   You may convert bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles from your bank rewards platform. In addition, DBS Singapore and UOB Singapore reward points can also be converted via the Kris+ app to enjoy bonus KrisFlyer miles.
5. I am a KrisFlyer co-brand credit/debit card cardholder and KrisFlyer miles earned from my card spend is automatically credited to my KrisFlyer account on a monthly basis. Do I qualify for this campaign?
   
   The KrisFlyer bonus miles conversion campaign is only applicable for the conversion of participating bank reward points to KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles.
6. I am new to the KrisFlyer programme. Can I still participate in this campaign?
   
   All KrisFlyer members are eligible to participate in the campaign. Simply sign up for a KrisFlyer membership account and convert your bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles by 16 January 2021 to earn the bonus miles. Click here to sign up for KrisFlyer and start earning miles today.
7. My KrisFlyer miles conversion transaction was reversed after the end of the campaign. Will my bonus miles be reversed?
   
   Any reversals made during or after the campaign period will also result in the reversal of the bonus miles originally credited from the conversion.

Conversion to KrisFlyer Miles

8. Do I have to convert my bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles in the same transaction to qualify? Will I be able to combine multiple bank partner reward points conversions to make up blocks of 10,000 KrisFlyer miles to qualify for this campaign?
   
   To be eligible for bonus miles, your bank reward points must be converted with a minimum of 10,000 KrisFlyer miles in a single transaction. Combining multiple conversion transactions of bank reward points from different bank partners to meet the 10,000 KrisFlyer miles minimum requirement will not be eligible to earn bonus miles for this campaign.
   
   Converting multiple transactions of at least 10,000 miles each will earn you bonus miles for every qualifying transaction.
9. I converted 10,000 KrisFlyer miles from Bank A reward points and 5,000 KrisFlyer miles from Bank B reward points. What is the total bonus I will get?
   
   You will earn a 15% bonus from the 10,000 miles converted from Bank A i.e. 1,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles. The 5,000 miles converted from Bank B does not meet the minimum 10,000 KrisFlyer miles conversion threshold to qualify for bonus miles in this campaign.
10. When will the bonus KrisFlyer miles be credited to my account?
    
    Crediting of bonus miles will follow the individual bank partners’ schedules for crediting of base miles.
11. Which are the participating banks in the different countries?
    
    Please see the list of participating banks in the different countries here.
12. How long are the KrisFlyer miles valid for?
    
    For KrisFlyer members, base KrisFlyer miles and bonus KrisFlyer miles earned through this campaign are valid for 3 years.
    
    For PPS Club members, base KrisFlyer miles and bonus KrisFlyer miles earned through this campaign do not expire.

Converting KrisFlyer Miles through Kris+ App

13. Which are the participating bank partners in the Kris+ app for the KrisFlyer bonus miles conversion campaign?
    
    The participating banks that have enabled the conversion of bank reward points to KrisFlyer miles through the Kris+ app are DBS (Singapore) and UOB (Singapore). During the campaign period, all conversions of DBS / UOB reward points via the Kris+ app will also earn you bonus miles.

14. How do I transfer the KrisPay miles converted from Bank Rewards Points through the Kris+ app to my KrisFlyer account?
    
    All miles converted via Kris+ app are in the form of KrisPay miles. To transfer the KrisPay miles converted from bank reward points to your KrisFlyer account, simply tap on the “Transfer to KrisFlyer” button shown in the Transfer Confirmation screen or Transaction Details screen within 7 days of the conversion transaction.
    
    Bank Rewards Points can only be converted and transferred to your KrisFlyer account in their entirety. If you have already redeemed some of the KrisPay miles converted from Bank Rewards Points, you will not be able to transfer the remaining KrisPay miles to KrisFlyer miles.
15. Do I have to convert a minimum of 10,000 KrisPay miles to receive the bonus miles?
    
    No, you will receive bonus miles when you make a conversion meeting the existing minimum blocks of bank reward points for Kris+’s bank partners.
16. How many KrisPay miles can I get when converting my DBS or UOB rewards points through the Kris+ app?
    
    During the campaign period, 100 DBS Points can be converted to 196 KrisPay miles and 1,000 UNI$ can be converted to 1,955 KrisPay miles.
    
    KrisPay miles can also be transferred to your KrisFlyer account (1 KrisPay mile = 1 KrisFlyer mile) within 7 days of the conversion transaction.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the campaign ("Campaign"), organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), enables KrisFlyer members to earn up to 20% bonus KrisFlyer miles ("Bonus KrisFlyer miles") and Kris+ users to earn 15% bonus KrisPay miles ("Bonus KrisPay miles") when they convert their bank reward points ("Bank Reward Points") with any participating bank to KrisFlyer miles or KrisPay miles respectively. This Campaign commences on 16th November 2020, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends 16th January 2021, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Campaign Period").

1. Bonus KrisFlyer miles
   1. This Campaign is open to all KrisFlyer members who are customers of participating banks and have Bank Reward Points.
   2. A KrisFlyer member will earn Bonus KrisFlyer Miles if he or she converts his or her Bank Reward Points from a participating bank into at least 10,000 KrisFlyer miles in a single transaction ("Qualifying Transaction").
   3. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded will be either 15% or 20% of the number of KrisFlyer miles converted in a Qualifying Transaction, depending on the participating bank. A list of participating banks and the applicable Bonus KrisFlyer miles percentages is set forth in the Appendix to these T&Cs. 
   4. There is no maximum number of Bonus KrisFlyer miles that a KrisFlyer member can earn by participating in this Campaign.
   5. The Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be calculated on a per Qualifying Transaction basis and not on the cumulative sum of KrisFlyer miles converted during the Campaign Period.
   6. Converted KrisFlyer miles and Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to a KrisFlyer member’s KrisFlyer account as per the applicable participating bank’s conversion timeframes specified in such bank’s terms and conditions.
   7. The conversion of Bank Reward Points to KrisFlyer miles is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the participating bank. KrisFlyer members will be responsible for any related fees for conversion of Bank Reward Points to KrisFlyer miles, as may be levied by the participating banks, respectively.
   8. For KrisFlyer members, all KrisFlyer miles or Bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded in accordance with this Campaign will be valid for three (3) years from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account and no extensions of validity will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, the KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
      
      For PPS Club members, all KrisFlyer miles or Bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded in accordance with this Campaign do not expire.
   9. Should there be any refunds or reversal of any Qualifying Transaction that results in the accrual of Bonus KrisFlyer miles under this Campaign, SIA will reverse the Bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded in respect of the refunded or reversed Qualifying Transaction.
2. Bonus KrisPay miles
1. This Campaign is open to all Kris+ users who are customers of participating banks and have Bank Reward Points.
2. A Kris+ user will earn Bonus KrisPay miles if he or she converts his or her Bank Reward Points from a participating bank into KrisPay miles.
3. The Bonus KrisPay miles awared will be 15% of the number of KrisPay miles converted in a transaction. A list of participating banks is set forth in the Appendix to these T&Cs.
4. The number of KrisPay miles that must be converted by a Kris+ user in a particular transaction to earn Bonus KrisPay miles is subject to a minimum amount specified by the relevant participating bank. 
5. There is no maximum number of Bonus KrisPay miles that a Kris+ user can earn by participating in this Campaign.
6. Converted KrisPay miles and Bonus KrisPay miles, will be credited to a Kris+ user’s KrisPay account instantly.
7. The conversion of Bank Reward Points to KrisPay miles is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the participating bank.
8. All KrisPay miles and Bonus KrisPay miles awarded in accordance with this Campaign will be valid for six (6) months from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisPay account and no extensions of validity will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, any KrisPay miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
9. All KrisPay miles and Bonus KrisPay miles awarded in accordance with this Campaign can be transferred in full to the participant’s KrisFlyer account within seven (7) days of crediting.
10. Should there be any refunds or reversal of any transaction that results in the accrual of Bonus KrisPay miles under this Campaign, SIA will reverse the Bonus KrisPay miles awarded in respect of the refunded or reversed transaction.
3. General
   1. All decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating KrisFlyer members.
   2. All KrisFlyer Miles and Bonus KrisFlyer Miles awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions at (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).
   3. All KrisPay Miles and Bonus KrisPay Miles awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the Kris+ Terms & Conditions at (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/ppsclub-krisflyer/use-miles/krispay/).
   4. Individuals are only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account. Any fraudulent or duplicate KrisFlyer accounts, including the original KrisFlyer account held by such individuals will be suspended and disqualified from the Campaign.
   5. By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).
   6. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in the Campaign.
   7. By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, Singapore Airlines, and conditions of carriage, SIA’s Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the KrisFlyer member being disqualified at any stage of the Campaign.
